Love is an emotion not a biochemical reaction. It is also not unique to the human race. Any living species can feel love.

Love isn't what ensures the survival of the human race. Reproduction does, and our instincts make us love sex. By wanting pleasure and sex, we reproduce which makes babies! On a very basic level, love has nothing to do with making babies.

Nobody can love, it's just a strong form of wanting to posess something. Posession combined with lust, usually, although not in this case. Passion to be with a person does not waver, but love is a complete illusion- which usually wears off.

Nina, I notice you say that love is an illusion only a few posts after saying you are in love with some guy. Interesting how that works out.

Love is not an illusion. You can not find love, it must find you other wise you just distance yourself from it more and more.

At the moment right now, I feel that I have met the girl that I will marry. I love her more than anything and have only met her once but talk on the phone with her and online alot. If we do get engaged next summer I will tell all of you.
