Well me and mine were thinking about getting some toys to spice things up. We don't have any toys at all at the moment.

Any hints on what we should get first? (Preferrably from posters who have practical experience)

handcuffs are a must. blindfolds are fun. you could use anything really. vibes are cool toys and everything, but everyone has them.

here's a real fun game to try. tie her naked and blindfolded to a bed. get a bunch of regular objects (ex. fork, feather, chain, beads, hairbrush, string, icecube, etc.) and drag them slowly across her body, one by one, making her try to guess what they are. let them wander a little .... before you're done, go down on her, fuck her, leave the room for a few minutes and then repeat.

other fun toys are dirty dice (more of a party toy), cat o' nine tails (aka tasseled whips), anal beads, use a dildo for a double penetration (not really a toy tho...), paddels, chains, nipple clamps... the list could go on for a while.

go to a sex shop... they have tons there.

go to drugstore.com they sell a vibrator that is shaped like a rubber ducky. its water proofed, so you can use it in the bath (and i have yet to meet a guy who doesnt want to take a bath/ shower with their girlfriend). And when you are done, it looks so innocent (not to mention that it isnt silicone and/or slightly odd looking as many vibrators are)

you should invest in edible body paint. its just so sexy. i dont konw what it is about it, but i am just all for it.

and if you are interested in bondage, listen to the ones who have already posted.

I totally agree. my gf was just over a day or two ago, and we tried chocolate bodypaint and blindfolds. mucho-fun. she really liked the blindfold, she said it was a lot of fun. she also liked the chocolate paint, but I think that was just the fact that it was pure Belgain (sp?) chocolate. highly agree both.

candles... play with candle wax... yeah.. use oncolord candles though and if your not to much in pain and burns.. dripp the wax from a distance...

HA! not by a long shot! all it really is is a heart-shaped jar filled with chocolate, and a paintbrush. the instructions just say to melt the chocolate in a microwave or in hot water. its nothing too expensive (she bought it, so I dont know the price, but she isnt rich either.).
