I was reading this magazine and they had this big article about tankless water heaters. So I went to this website about them, but I can't find any prices.

I would install it myself. So I wouldn't have to pay someone.

They are supposed to be better than tanks. Anyone know anything about this?

Here is the site: http://www.takagi.com/web2003/c07.htm

I so need to get one of those. I'm betting my damn hot water tank makes up half my electric bill.
