Using A CGI Proxy to Bypass Internet Filters

Okay, first of all, I wrote this article, bu I give full credit to Freerk <freerk@gmx.net> for writing another, more in-depth guide on this. This is the quick and easy way.

Step 1: Go to http://209.123.49.227/cgi-bin/nph-proxy.cgi/000010A/ http/www.totse.com/ Be sure to remove the space.

Step 2: This will link you through the proxy to totse.com. At the top is a box for an URL. From here, you can go anywhere. Enjoy.
