TO: ALL MALE TAX PAYERS
GENTLEMEN:
The only thing the State of California has not taxed yet is your Peter,
mostly because 98% of the time it is out of work and the other 2% of the
time it is in the hole, and because it has two dependents, who are both
nuts. However, beginning September 1, 1989 your Peter will be taxed
according to it's size. Please use the chart to determine your personal
size. Insert this information on page 2, Section F, Line D of the
California State Income Tax Return Form.
10-12 inches - Luxury Tax
8-10 inches - Pole Tax
6-8 inches - Privilege Tax
4-6 inches - Nuisance Tax
Anyone under 4 inches is eligible for a refund, please do not ask for a refund.
