I have to say that Metal Gear Solid the first was the greatest game ever created, its right up there with a Link to the Past. I love it. Who cares if the graphics arent the greatest, the story rocks as does everything else. Snake eater is in a close second but for some reason i just dont like it as much , perhaps its the unnesecary cure, food, and camoflauge (sp?)menus. I love the tanker mission mostly because i love snake, but I believe that the Plant Mission would have been 100 times as better if Raiden was still there but you played as Snake .

edit: I have no sense of time.

i like the first metal gear solid game. the origional metal gear games for nes blow ass, as most nes games do.

Dangerousmind= Dangerously gay

Twin Snakes FTW

Twin Snakes is the best man, then Metal Gear Solid 2 (am I the only one that likes Raiden?).
Then MGS 3, that for some reason I found to be a little more boring than the other 2. But them all are great. Never played the originals, and am waiting for MGS 4

Snake's Revenge!!!

Metal Gear Solid for the playstation was my favorite, had the best story imo.
Snake Eater comes in second with everything else coming behind those two in no particular order.

Raiden was a fag but SoL was still a pretty good game.

Snake Eater is my current favorite. I love the sense of survival, and the many chances for sniping. Romping around the jungle is a bit more fun than, say, roaming around another boring complex... although infiltrating them is fun too

Also, CQC rules.

The new MGS:Subsistence.. Bad ass. I'm so gettin it.

Snake Eater is awesome, I havent played Twin Snaked yet =(

- New 360 camera system = a whole new game.

- Online Gameplay = priceless?

- extra shit, like new camos, facepaint, duel mode, theater etc.

all in all: swweeet game better than substance.

Definitely Twin Snakes, although I hate that they killed the accents. Don't really understand why...
