Default Another weight lifting question(not on the site you sent me to man)

This is a question about high weight/low rep and low weight/high rep

I wanna do both cause i wanna get cut and increase muscle size
should i do both these things on the same day or should i do these in 2 different sessions
im just curious

Different sessions. You'll get the most out of it that way. You can just alternate workouts, or, if you do a certain exercise three days a week, do two that leans towards what you want more, size or definition.

Cut has nothing to do with reps.

Cut=Body fat %

Size=eating lots of protein, getting adequate rest, not overtraining, good form

Higher reps=endurance

lower reps, higher weight=explosive strength

How many reps are good for high weight/low rep workouts?I have heard all kinds of things on this one.Thats why i'm asking.

Six to eight, although guys in certain sports (like powerlifting) that require maximum strength, but no endurance, may do as few as one or two reps per set.
