Sonar shroud. Creates a elctro wave to jam frequency and the radar will see this as nothing because peopel are dumb and have it report activity in stea do inactivity. same tech in stealth planes and boats they dont really turn invisible predator stile like in the street fighter movie.

"Night Observation Devices"! I learned that from reading "Black Hawk Down" by Mark Bowden. I'm talking about the big book published in the 1990s, not the fake ass lie they call a movie. You have to read that book if you care about these sorts of things.
