Default Who would you fight for?

Other than your own country, who would you fight for and why?

Me, I would fight for the Israelies. Those piece of crap Palestians seem to only want to kill civilians. They are too cowardly to fight someone who can fight back.

The PLO has stated, and I quote "it is better to kill 10 civilians then 100 soldiers".

Plus, the majority of the Jews I have met are good, upstanding people. There aren't many races you can say that about.

So, I would be willing to fight those PLO/Hammas bastards.

i would fight for the Palestinians and kick your fucking ass "who's your daddy"

and by the way Jews are nice people no doubt, but that doesn't excuse the Israeli government killing thousands of innocent Palestinian children and other civilians, who they presume guilty and condemn to death before they are even born.
It makes me sick to think that anyone would even think to support that government

What the hell are you talking about? "Before they were born?" And what about all the women and children that the Palestinians kill every year? Did that fact escape you?

And you would fight for them? You sound like your IQ would be low enough for that.

As for kicking my ass. Pick a place. I'm 200 lbs @ 19% body fat. I'm skilled in Muy Tai and Okanawate.

So, now in order not to sound like a moron you will likely need to lie out your ass and say you the reincarnation of Bruce Lee.

i am! the reincarnation of Bruce Lee!

as regards my IQ, I somehow doubt u would even know what that stands for.
O! and responding to this after looking up the answer on the net doesn't count.
And no that fact did not escape me, and i do condemn any killing anywhere, including those committed by suicide bombers, however there's hardly anything a crippled state can do to prevent that. Israeli aggression has left the Palestians without any kind of police or other administrative force. and the recent bombing of Arafats compunds are indicative of this. In addition if u visit the red cross website u will see that Israel disregards the red cross, as well the international community in genral.
The heinous atrocities committed by that state r not limited to Palestinians.
Ever read about the U.S.S Liberty. The intelligence ship that Israel attacked.

IQ = intelligence quotient. Which, by the way, it considered somewhat out dated but still fits the bill.

Now, let's show how stupid you really are.

"Israeli aggression has left the Palestine without any kind of police or other administrative force." - farwah

Have you ever heard of the Palestinian Police Force? The one that is currently have some altercations with Hamas supporters?

No? Check here

"and the recent bombing of Arafats compunds (sic) are indicative of this" - farwah

Do you think maybe it had to do with the PLO shooting at innocent civilians driving near the Gaza Strip?

"In addition if u visit the red cross website u will see that Israel disregards the red cross" - farwah

So? Since when did the Red Cross lay down the law for Israel? The IDF does let the Red Cross in, after the fighting is over.

As for the Liberty. No one will likely ever know why it was attacked. Some say it was deliberate. Some say it was accidental. The fact of the matter is that the Liberty was in a war zone (the Six Day war). What's to say the Israelis thought the Egyptians had put up American symbols to confuse them? We just dont know.

But, since you have solved that Scooby case, let me know who really killed JFK.

In the great words of Apu, "thank you, come again".

Actually, it would be much worse.

At least the Russian pretend to be one happy, equal opportunity family. And they even tolerate religion.

A Fundamentalist Islamic state would not allow any religion other than its own. Would relegate women to a property status. And most criminal offenses would result it very long prison stays, loss of body parts and quite often, death.

Let us not forget the woman who was raped by the "village elders" because *her brother* had committed some offense.

Funny, in my country (the US) nobody has any big plans for stoning a woman to death for having a child out of wedlock. They would do it now but they want to wait until the mother weans her baby and then stone her to death.

Affirmative Action? Fuck you very much.

I would fight for the Israelis for two reasons

1 - The Palestinians have shown themselves to be terrorist in the most derogatory sense of the word. They specifically target civilians (woman and children too). Regardless of who they are fighting I would enjoy the chance to kill them.

2 - Jews have shown themselves to be, in the majority, to be fair upstanding people.

"Why would you defend yourself if none(sic) is attacking you?"

It sounds nice, just like multi-level marketing, but sooner or later you have to face the fact that you live in a real world. Youre not going to be a millionaire after signing up 10 people. No matter how much you would rather believe otherwise.

"Darwin was an idiot, and if there's an aftherlife(sic), he still is. He made the foundation for nazism(sic) and eugenetics(sic)."

Oh yeah, the dogma of "we are the center of the universe" and every thing was just created it sooo much better. And just imagine if we just ignored that extinction could happen. Then we could just kill any animal with impunity. *sigh* That sounds so nice. Nazism had nothing to do with Darwin's ideas. Nazism was and is a political vehicle.

Surgery is so horrible! Just think, you can apply knowledge of anatomy to do torture!
No knowledge is evil, only the application of it. But oh no! Technology is evil! Understanding is evil!

Try the Amish lifestyle, youd probably like it. But watch out, I hear they use the wheel.

Israelis aren't any better than the palestinians(sic). You're just being blinded by the media. I don't support the israelis(sic), nor the palestinians(sic). For all I care they can all die of syphilis.

At least the Israelis dont target civilians for death. The Palestinians specifically target civilians. Just after the PLO was founded that stated "it is better to kill 10 civilians that 100 soldiers".

Original and self-thought can hurt at first, but it's worth it.

I was talking about the nazi idealism, wich is partly based on darwins ideas.

America is attacking iraq without being attacked, it did the same to lots of other countries. Did it solve anything? Did it bring world peace?

Who are the israelis attacking if the palestinians don't have an army? I don't know weather you're stupid, or just are ignorant of the facts, but the israelis killd as many civilians as the palestinians did.

Writing a long post about bullshit doesn't make it any less dumb. You can write a book about this, it'll still be dumb.

It's called a pre-emptive strike. We simply do not think Saddam is mentally stable enough to possess nuclear technology. It's not about world peace its about keeping a few million people alive.

Who are the israelis (sic) attacking if the palestinians (sic) don't have an army? I don't know whether you're stupid, or just are ignorant of the facts,

Have you ever heard of the DFLP? The PLF? PIJ? PLFP? Hamas? How about the Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam, the branch of Hamas that specializes in killing civilians? The more that you talk without knowing the facts the more idiotic you sound.

but the israelis (sic) killd (sic) as many civilians as the palestinians (sic) did.

See above. Most of the civilians you are referring to are members of these terrorist organizations.

okay so i am of the poor palestinians perspective, but i am sticking to it, no way can i possibly believe that Israel is in any way any less evil then i think it to be.
i hate doing this b/c i think that the solution to the conflict lies in well figuring out the similarities, i'll work on that later.
4 now,
look @ the facts, HRW released this article on how the Israeli dfence force was using guns, medium cliber or sumthing guns, used to penetrate concrete and other hard surfaces on civilians who were throwing stones hellooo!!!!
physicians for health said that Israeli defence force breaks thier own and international rules concerning weapons.
there isn't a day a sibgle day that goes by that i don't read in very small lines, and here is the irony very small articles on freaking pg 50C about some poor palestinian killed and ofcourse Israeli claim that they were part of hamas or sumthing else, oh and the oops! for the child that "accidently" got hit, uhh.. no judge no jury just a guilty verdict, after all this is the same Israel that was claiming wihtout a doubt at some point htat the trade center responisbility lay with the palestinians, n US should flatten all of the palestinians, those poor ppl as if they have not suffered enough. Jenin ramallah they keep flattening all these camps, b/c they say its b/c they r guilty of terrorism accorind to which unbiased jury and judge?

n why didn't anyone go to Jenin?
whenever there is a single blast in Israel, as much as i do condemn it can't belive that its all every news channel here,
meanwhile every day there is a Palestinian deaths and yes by Israeli forces, sometimes more then a hundred within 24 hours, and u barely hear of it.
If a dog dies in Israel its all over the media. n the coincidental fact that most of those news channels are owned or headed by Jewish people doesn't make me any more comfortable.
add this to the evil fact that this governemtn just increased Israel's aid package by a wonderfull 300 million by the way our social security is kinda running thin, n i am having a difficult time finding a job!
O! belive whatever u may I am going to believe, the people who were on board the USS liberty the US governement told thier own ships to not go rescue the USS liberty first off, how can there be any confusion.. watch tito hammonds documentary or look it up on the web,..but the USS liberty is way way bigger then any eygyptian ship and the Israeli forces knew that Egypt did not pocess any such ships, so the confusion?!!.. i don't htink so it was a big event and it ws covered i refuse to belive the B.S that it was a dmaned accident i will belive the legions that r finding out about this and r supporting those ppl on the ship which mind u also included ppl of the jewish faith for anyone who thinks this is an anit semetic conspiracy,
Israel has guns tanks and nuclear weapons and it is mandatory in that nation to join to serve the army.. Palestinains do the same thing, just under different rules, but they r condemned for it,
the casulaties are too high too high on the Palestinains end, the difference in weapon strength 4 lack of a better word is too great 4 me to think to supportthat nation.
In addition the facts that congress keeps throwing its wieght behind that nation, monetary strentgh, there is no objection to the fact that they have nukes, political support despite the fact that the rest world disagres, congress just recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital, i din't hear that on the news, i think infact i found that somewhere here,
soory too spooky, that nation is evil, n i refuse to support it, i have nothing against its citizens, who knows even though its a democracy n the ppl do pick thier leader maybe sum of them don't support what it does, n i don't think its anit-semetic to be anti-israel u can wish for a jewsih homeland wihtout wishing for occupied areas.noone has any right to speak for all jewish people b/c they r those who disagree with israeli policies vehemently.

alrigt i know i went on and on and on there,
but just look at the facts,
look at the caualties, by Israeli forces and by Palestinains,
look at the weapons, Israel's weapons, Palestinian well rock throwers
U.S support of Israel, look the media's unbiast portrayal of what happens there,
and look at the governemnts support... increase in monetary aid, giving them weapons of -all kinds of- destruction, political support in a world growing incredibly sour, support that comes at an incredible cost to the people here, who is to say Israel is an AMerican friend or foe, how do we know they will not attack us here with all the weapons we sell them,
should we really stand alone at hte expense of losing the rest of the world's friendship.
Israel should not be supported in my mind that is a fact, thats like feeding the fire, it makes things worse for the people there.
but the solution does not mean war with Israel either there r ways to fight u can't fight evil with evil, hate with hate,
i think the solution is looking for similarities,
get to the masses the people, screw the political leaders, grass roots organizations, attempting to show them that they r both human what they have in common,
see each individual as a single solitary human being not as a manifestation of a race or religion.
give each individual a chance based upon what they are not what they represent to us based upon thier religion.
I think Palestinian and Israeli's should both fight, no not physically but via words, fight togehter for a homeland where they can live toghether, a big democracy, one goverment where palestinains land comes with the people.
they both live together its kind like being on one boat or one team kinda like crew, u have to work togehter to win, paddle togheter for a better isparelistan!
long live isparelistan!
one big happy family.
Israel- evil
isparelistan - good

Again, whether you like it or not most are like me. Its called the Human Condition. Which, on a fundamental level, does not change. Its here to stay. What is your mother language? Our argument aside, I admire people who take the time to learn another language. Right now Im working on German. But you know enough to get your point across. To which I disagree and back it with as many facts as possible.

"first of all u r presuming that chechnians want a fundamental islamic state, maybe they just want freedom!!!" - farwah

Thats just it, we dont know. Fundamental Islamic states have proven to be very uncivilized. But, I guess it comes down to a lesser of two evils

okay so i am of the poor palestinians perspective, but i am sticking to it farwah

Yeah, its more of a belief than fact perspective, which is alright. Most humans act on belief more often than fact, religious or otherwise.

Yes farwah, a peaceful solution is always the better solution but that doesnt change the fact that the Palestinians actively target civilians.

Another point of fact is that the Palestinians send out their rock throwing youth to die for the cause so that they can say that the Israelis kill their young; A pretty sick methodology.

meanwhile every day there is a Palestinian deaths and yes by Israeli forces, sometimes more then a hundred within 24 hours, and u barely hear of it. farwah

It depends on your news sources. I hear about it all the time. I use CNN and Deutch Welle, LBC and a few other news sources. Dont just look to Yahoo! for you news.

Israel has guns tanks and nuclear weapons and it is mandatory in that nation to join to serve the army.. Palestinains do the same thing, just under different rules, but they r condemned for it, farwah

Its the methods in which they use their resources that differ.

FuckOffandDie, did you know that using (sic) with no other words is an incorrect usage? Yes though, I do get your point.

XeNobiTe, its not only fun but educational. Like Sesame Street if they discussed wars.

why don't u and saturnrocketX and OsamabinLaden all make a team the superhaters or sumthing

If you dont stay coherent then I cant answer your questions or reply to your statements.

a course in Islam would be enlightening! i would highly recommend it. farwah

I do believe in the Koran it states that the greatest act you can do is to die fighting your enemies. Oh yeah, peace is central to Islamic living. Yeah, its a cheap shot. Not all Islamic are violent people. But I do find it interesting that so many of the world most violent terrorist come from that religion.

I find the Palestianians people amazing; for over 50 years, they have been fighting the latest armor technology and not willing to give up. Although suicide bombing are killing civilians but look at what the israel's doing; much more worst. They are not left with no choice but to suicide. Is suicide bombing worst then F-16 shooting at a whole neighbourhood?

Neither of the two nations are without sin. To say that the majority of terrorists come from that religion are true, however the reason why they are terrorists is that, unfortunately, that is the only method that they find works to get their point across. It is sad but true. They don't have money, nor popular support outside of their respective nations, and therefore are fighting like a cornered animal.
I believe that the generalisation of muslim beliefs pertaining to suicide bombing is generally wrong, most mainstream religions. Don't forget that Islam is the second greatest religion in terms of population (although this can be debated), and that's a lot of people. The difference between Islam and Christianity's methods is that Christian nations have more power on the political stage.
Don't forget the Spanish Inquestion. They were Christian, and they performed just as hideous or even more so, than terrorists in Israel or Palestine. That is my view, and you are entitled to rip it to shreds if you want.

I hate finding grammar mistakes in my posts, cos the edit message is annoying.

I agree with all but one of your points.

Likening what the Islams are doing now to what some Christians did hundreds of years ago is stretching it a bit. When was the last real mass killings done for the Christian God?

And don't just pick a predominantly Christian country as say what they did was in the name of God. Vietnam, for example, was done for political ideology not religion.

No, the blood of people who have a big mouth and no brain is always first spilled.

Take this for instanse: Some kids are fucking with me in school. I can ealy beat them up, but that would bring me in many unconfortable posisions where I might be in lots of trouble. That doesn't need to be the case, but it can turn out to be a drama. Besides, me beating up those kids isn't going to imress anyone.

Being able to fight back doesn't make you a strong person, but being able to avoid conflics does, and also a smart person.

Now you may think, what does war have to do with schoolfights. Well violence comes all down to the same thing. Powerful governements might have all these educated and "intelligent" people on the top, but when it comes down to TACT, they're obioulsy lacking it (e.g. Americas current governement).

the crusades?
yes, Christians have holy wars too.

To defend my example, the Spanish Inquestion was actually a wing, or a faction, of the Catholic Church at that time.

Since, when did one F-16 missile kill only one leader. The last time an F-16 missile was shoot in Gaza; it killed 16 edison people. Was it condemned? No. The Whole world condemned such operation but only Sharon he came out the next day and praised the operation as successful. Two or three days ago, also another F-16 missile was shot in Hebron and killed 4 or more; another successful operation praised by Sharon.

That's my point. That happened between 1095 and 1291 A.D. That's from 711 to 905 years ago. Whereas the Muslims killed in the name of their god yesterday. Thanks for the help.

And username911, the point is that they the Israelis were targeting terrorists, not civilians. And yes, innocents do often die in wars. The operation is successful if it killed the targeted terrorists.

Do please show me a war were the only casualties were military personnel.

So your saying thousands and thousands of palestianians die by accident every year. When an innocent person brother, sister, father, mother, etc die by "accident"; wouldn't they want to get revenge (suicide-bombing, join a militant, etc.). It's very obvious that person who wants to get revenge; is going to target the easiest places (buses, malls, stores). Maybe some might see it as targeting "terrorists", but can you go up to the person who's relative died and tell him it was an "accident". Of course not, he wants revenge. That's why the cycle of violence has to stop.

I wouldn't call shooting at or throwing rocks at armed soldiers "by accident". This is the way in which Palestinians die. Or the die when the compound they are hiding in gets blown to shit in retaliation for bombing civilians.

So, please do point me to an online news article from a credible source that tells the tale of Israelis killing Palestinians when retaliation or defense was not the motivation.

"Maybe some might see it as targeting "terrorists", but can you go up to the person who's relative died and tell him it was an "accident". "

Using your own logic Israel now has the go-ahead to just kill off the Palestinians. I'll make sure the pass that on to Mr. Sharon.

"That's why the cycle of violence has to stop."

You're right, it does. The problem is that the Palestinians will not stop. Not all of the anyway. That's why the Palestinian Police Force has had some fatal fights with the Hamas. Some of the Palestinians have seen the light and want peace. Quite a few don't though. And these are the ones I would fight.

4ot, you picked some good fights. Any particular modern war you would be willing to fight in?

They die by defending. There is nothing wrong dying defending your country. I am not making a big deal out of them but when you shoot a missile on building filled with civilians. Then come out the next day and declared it as approved, thats when the problem starts.

***Or the die when the compound they are hiding in gets blown to shit in retaliation for bombing civilians.***

Aren't there also palestianian civilians hiding or under-curfew. It's logical to hide in your house, if there is couple of helicopters, tanks, and jets coming toward you.

***So, please do point me to an online news article from a credible source that tells the tale of Israelis killing Palestinians when retaliation or defense was not the motivation.***

What is reliable news source? I can get you many but you will declare them as bias or lies.

They have been trying for the last 50+ years.

The police force, offices, building, and jail cells got blown couple of weeks ago.

If you fight Hamas as you declared the enemy of peace, then don't they also want to fight back by knifes, guns, and suicide-bombing. During war, civilians die.

Time Magazine article about Qana massacre

Excerpt - "As dozens of ambulances raced past us back toward Tyre, we reached Fiji Batt's compound and saw bodies of Lebanese refugees lying in heaps two or three deep, burned hands and feet protruding from under blankets that dazed U.N. soldiers had tossed over them. Soldiers sprayed water on the smoking ruins of a conference hall where corpses were indistinguishable among the charcoal and ashes. In what was left of the officers' mess, only the lower walls and part of the roof had survived. Most of the men, women and children who had been huddled in this room did not. Their blood was everywhere. It splattered the edges of the ceiling. It dripped down the steps, gathering in puddles. It coated the boots of the peacekeepers who were attempting to sort through bodies in the hope that someone might still be alive. "Look at my shoes!" exclaimed a horrified Lebanese unifil official who was sobbing on the shoulder of a Swedish colleague. "I am standing in meat."

It was impossible to tell how many had died, though they were thought to number at least 100. Wearing rubber gloves, Fijian soldiers methodically scooped up body parts into large piles. Meanwhile, U.N. soldiers paced the parking lot collecting scraps of flesh in black plastic trash bags. In disbelief, one stunned peacekeeper hoisted the body of an infant; the child's head had been blown off. Nearby, a Lebanese woman embraced an old man whose shoulder had been almost completely torn from his lifeless body. "My father, my father!" she wailed. At the top of his lungs, a Lebanese man cursed America for giving Israel the money and weapons to attack his country. And along the white tiles of the walkway where rescue workers were carrying out the bodies, there was a trail of scarlet footprints. A new memorial for Qana--no longer inscribed with water and wine but stained instead in blood."

Article about Sabra Shatila

Excerpt - A web of evasions and untruths concocted by the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF), sent 200 Lebanese militiamen into Sabra and Shatila on Sept 16, 1982 to "mop up" 2,000 "terrorists" who Ariel Sharon, then Israel's defence minister, claimed had remained there after the Palestine Liberation Organisation's (PLO's) evacuation from Beirut. It is an encounter that shows the intimacy between the IDF and the LF, even after the massacre, and the virtual incorporation of the LF into the IDF structure.

Note: The people in Sabra/Shatila were unarmed and some of their corpses were found with only identification papers in hand.

(Surah 4:103-) Seek out your enemies relentlessly.

(Surah 2:216) Fighting is obligatory for you, much as you dislike it.

(Surah 8:12-) Believers, when you encounter the infidels on the march, do not turn your backs to them in flight. If anyone on that day turns his back to them,
except it be for tactical reasons...he shall incur the wrath of God and
Hell shall be his home...

(Surah 9:12-) "...make war on the leaders of unbelief...Make war on them: God will chastise them at your hands and humble them. He will grant you victory
over them..."

(Surah 9:27-) Fight against such as those to whom the Scriptures were given [Jews and Christians]...until they pay tribute out of hand and are utterly subdued.

(Surah 9:73) Prophet make war on the unbelievers and the hypocrites and deal
rigorously with them. Hell shall be their home

But, I guess the Koran could be wrong...
I seem to know more about the Koran than you. Which I find highly amusing.

"They die by defending"
"logical to hide in your house"

Moral of the story, if you attack someone who will fight back, they will.

"What is reliable news source?"

I listed a few.

"They have been trying for the last 50+ years."

It's been a mutual activity.

"The police force, offices, building, and jail cells got blown couple of weeks ago. "

So...there all gone now? Maybe someone should tell them.

"If you fight Hamas as you declared the enemy of peace, then don't they also want to fight back by knifes, guns, and suicide-bombing. During war, civilians die. "

Yes, but the Hamas will only fight unarmed civilians.

And TheMouse, I would consider Time a credible source. But who was the target? Terrorist hiding among the civilians. Civilians do die when armed forces fight. Is there any proof that the civilians was the actual target?

If your ethnic cleansing is true, then perhaps I am wrong about Israel. Can you provide any unbiased proof?

"Oh, and "Who's Your Daddy" is what one would call a "Shabbos goy" ... or "Useful Idiot"

Resorting to name calling?
It is interesting that I can I can back up my position quite well though.
But...when logic fails for you, whining takes over.

There were no terrorists in the refugee camps.

How about straight from the horses mouth?

Clue: Zionst codeword for ethnic cleansing is "transfer"

Let us begin!

"The compulsory transfer of the [Palestinian] Arabs from the valleys of the proposed Jewish state could give us something which we never had, even when we stood on our own during the days of the first and second Temples. . . We are given an opportunity which we never dared to dream of in our wildest imaginings. This is more than a state, government and sovereignty----this is national consolidation in a free homeland." July 12, 1937 Ben-Gurion's diary (if you don't know who Ben Gurion is, you don't even have enough information on this issue at all to be taking sides)

". . . In many parts of the country new settlement will not be possible without transferring the [Palestinian] Arab fellahin. . . it is important that this plan comes from the [British Peel] Commission and not from us. . . . Jewish power, which grows steadily, will also increase our possibilities to carry out the transfer on a large scale. You must remember, that this system embodies an important humane and Zionist idea, to transfer parts of a people to their country and to settle empty lands. We believe that this action will also bring us closer to an agreement with the Arabs." Ben Gurion to Zionist Assembly August 7, 1937

"With compulsory transfer we [would] have a vast area [for settlement] .... I support compulsory transfer. I don't see anything immoral in it." Ben Gurion, 1937 again (most of these quotes can be found in Ben Morris Israeli Historian in Righteous Victims)

"Zionism is a TRANSFER of the Jews. Regarding the TRANSFER of the [Palestinian] Arabs this is much easier than any other TRANSFER. There are Arab states in the vicinity . . . . and it is clear that if the [Palestinian] Arabs are removed [to these states] this will improve their condition and not the contrary." Ben Gurion, 1944

"[Palestinian Arab] villages inside the Jewish state that resist 'should be destroyed .... and their inhabitants expelled beyond the borders of the Jewish state.' Meanwhile, 'Palestinian residents of the urban quarters which dominate access to or egress from towns should be expelled beyond the borders of the Jewish state in the event of their resistance.' " Sefer Toldot Ha-Haganah, the official history of the Haganah

"We have forgotten that we have not come to an empty land to inherit it, but we have come to conquer a country from people inhabiting it, that governs it by the virtue of its language and savage culture ..... Recently there has been appearing in our newspapers the clarification about "the mutual misunderstanding" between us and the Arabs, about "common interests" [and] about "the possibility of unity and peace between two fraternal peoples." ..... [But] we must not allow ourselves to be deluded by such illusive hopes ..... for if we ceases to look upon our land, the Land of Israel, as ours alone and we allow a partner into our estate- all content and meaning will be lost to our enterprise." - Moshe Sharett, the first Israeli foreign minister, 1914

"[W]hen the Jewish state is established--it is very possible that the result will be transfer of [the Palestinian] Arabs." - Moshe Sharett

"With regard to the refugees, we are determined to be adamant while the war lasts. Once the return tide starts, it will be impossible to stem it, and it will prove our undoing. As for the future, we are equally determined to explore all possibilities of getting rid, once and for all, of the huge [Palestinian] Arab minority [referring to the Palestinian Israeli citizens of Israel] which originally threatened us. What can be achieved in this period of storm and stress [referring to the 1948 war] will be quite unattainable once conditions get stabilized. A group of people [headed by Yosef Weitz] has already started working on the study of resettlement possibilities [for the Palestinian refugees] in other lands . . . What such permanent resettlement of 'Israeli' Arabs in the neighboring territories will mean in terms of making land available in Israel for settlement of our own people requires no emphasis." August 18 1948, Moshe Sharett wrote to Chaim Weizmann, explaining the Israeli government's determination to block the Palestinian Arab refugees' return

"[houses were destroyed] not in battle, but as punishment . . . and in order to CHASE AWAY the inhabitants . . . contrary to government policy." - Moshe Dayan after the 1967 war, in his memories regarding the ethnic cleansing and destruction of the 'Imwas, Bayt Nuba, Yalu, and big portion of the West Bank city of Qalqilya

"[the indigenous population was akin to] the rocks of Judea, as obstacles that had to be cleared on a difficult path." - Chaim Weizmann, just prior to the British conquest of Palestine

"There is no choice: the Arabs must make room for the Jews of Eretz Israel. If it was possible to transfer the Baltic peoples, it is also possible to move the Palestinian Arabs." - Ze'ev Jabotinsky stated in a letter to one of his Revisionist colleagues in the United States dated November 1939

"Palestine thinly populated, in which the Jews constituted today 10 percent of the population, must be evacuated for the Jews." - Hahman Syrkin, the ideological founder of Socialist Zionism, proposed in pamphlet entitled "The Jewish Question and the Socialist Jewish State" which was published in 1898

"Zionism, be it right or wrong, good or bad, is rooted in age-old traditions, in present needs, in future hopes, of far profounder important then the desires and prejudices of the 700,000 [Palestinian] Arabs who now inhabit the ancient land." - Lord Balfour, the father of the Balfour Declaration, 1919

Moshe Dayan in 1969, "We came to this country which was already populated by Arabs, and we are establishing a Hebrew, that is a Jewish state here. In considerable areas of the country (the total area was about 6 percent) we bought the lands from the Arabs. Jewish villages were built in the place of Arab villages. You do not even know the names of these Arab villages, and I do not blame you, because these geography books no longer exist; not only do the books not exist, the Arab villages are not there either. Nahalal (Dayan's own village) arose in the place of Mahalul, Gevat-in the place of Jibta, (Kibbutz) Sarid-in the place of Haneifs and Kefar Yehoshua -in the place of Tell Shaman. There is not one place built in this country that did not have a former Arab population. -Ha-Aretz, April 4, 1969

Ghandi on Palestine, 1938 -

"Palestine belongs to the Arabs in the same sense that England belongs to the English or France to the French. It is wrong and in-human to impose the Jews on the Arabs. What is going on in Palestine today cannot be justified by any moral code of conduct. The mandates have no sanction but that of the last war. Surely it would be a crime against humanity to reduce the proud Arabs so that Palestine can be restored to the Jews partly or wholly as their national home.

The nobler course would be to insist on a just treatment of the Jews wherever they are born and bred. The Jews born in France are French in precisely the same sense that Christians born in France are French. If the Jews have no home but Palestine, will they relish the idea of being forced to leave the other parts of the world in which they are settled? Or do they want a double home where they can remain at will? This cry for the national home affords a colourable justification for the German expulsion of the Jews...

The Palestine of the Biblical conception is
not a geographical tract. It is in their hearts. But if they must look to
the Palestine of geography as their national home, it is wrong to enter it
under the shadow of the British gun. A religious act cannot be performed
with the aid of the bayonet or the bomb. They can settle in Palestine only
by the goodwill of the Arabs.

I am not defending the Arab excesses. I wish they had chosen the way of non-violence in resisting what they rightly regarded as an unwarrantable encroachment upon their country. But according to the accepted canons of right and wrong, nothing can be said against the Arab resistance in the face of overwhelming odds."

More Zionist quotes -

"Israel should have exploited the repression of the demonstrations in China, when world attention focused on that country, to carry out mass expulsions among the Arabs of the territories." Benyamin Netanyahu, then Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister, former Prime Minister of Israel, tells students at Bar Ilan University, From the Israeli journal Hotam, November 24, 1989.

David Ben-Gurion, one of the father founders of Israel, described Zionist aims in 1948 thus: "A Christian state should be established [in Lebanon], with its southern border on the Litani river. We will make an alliance with it. When we smash the Arab Legion's strength and bomb Amman, we will eliminate Transjordan too, and then Syria will fall. If Egypt still dares to fight on, we shall bomb Port Said, Alexandria and Cairo... And in this fashion, we will end the war and settle our forefathers' account with Egypt, Assyria, and Aram"

"Zionist colonization must either be terminated or carried out against the wishes of the native population. This colonization can, therefore, be continued and make progress only under the protection of a power independent of the native population - an iron wall, which will be in a position to resist the pressure to the native population. This is, in toto, our policy towards the Arabs..." Vladimir Jabotinsky, The Iron Wall, 1923.

"When we have settled the land, all the Arabs will be able to do about it will be to scurry around like drugged cockroaches in a bottle." Raphael Eitan, Chief of Staff of the Israeli Defence Forces, New York Times, 14 April 1983.

"We must expel Arabs and take their places." David Ben Gurion, future Prime Minister of Israel, 1937, Ben Gurion and the Palestine Arabs, Oxford University Press, 1985.

"A voluntary reconciliation with the Arabs is out of the question either now or in the future. If you wish to colonize a land in which people are already living, you must provide a garrison for the land, or find some rich man or benefactor who will provide a garrison on your behalf. Or else-or else, give up your colonization, for without an armed force which will render physically impossible any attempt to destroy or prevent this colonization, colonization is impossible, not difficult, not dangerous, but IMPOSSIBLE!... Zionism is a colonization adventure and therefore it stands or falls by the question of armed force. It is important... to speak Hebrew, but, unfortunately, it is even more important to be able to shoot - or else I am through with playing at colonizing."Vladimir Jabotinsky, founder of Revisionist Zionism (precursor of Likud), The Iron Wall, 1923.

"Between ourselves it must be clear that there is no room for both peoples together in this country. We shall not achieve our goal if the Arabs are in this small country. There is no other way than to transfer the Arabs from here to neighboring countries - all of them. Not one village, not one tribe should be left." Joseph Weitz, head of the Jewish Agency's Colonization Department in 1940. From "A Solution to the Refugee Problem" Joseph Weitz, Davar, September 29, 1967, cited in Uri Davis and Norton Mevinsky, eds., Documents from Israel, 1967-1973, p.21.

"The thesis that the danger of genocide was hanging over us in June 1967 and that Israel was fighting for its physical existence is only bluff, which was born and developed after the war." Israeli General Matityahu Peled, Ha'aretz, 19 March 1972.

"We shall reduce the Arab population to a community of woodcutters and waiters" Uri Lubrani, PM Ben-Gurion's special adviser on Arab Affairs, 1960. From "The Arabs in Israel" by Sabri Jiryas.

After paying a visit to Palestine in 1891, the Hebrew essayist Achad Ha-Am commented:

" Abroad we are accustomed to believe that Israel is almost empty; nothing is grown here and that whoever wishes to buy land could come here and buy what his heart desires. In reality, the situation is not like this. Throughout the country it is difficult to find cultivable land which is not already cultivated."

Vladimir Jabotinsky (the founder and advocate of the Zionist terrorist organizations): "Has any People ever been seen to give up their territory of their own free will? In the same way, the Arabs of Palestine will not renounce their sovereignty without violence." Quoted by Maxime Rodinson in Peuple Juif ou Problem Juif. (Jewish People or Jewish Problem).

David Ben Gurion (the first Israeli Prime Minister): " If I were an Arab leader, I would never sign an agreement with Israel. It is normal; we have taken their country. It is true God promised it to us, but how could that interest them? Our God is not theirs. There has been Anti-Semitism, the Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, but was that their fault? They see but one thing: we have come and we have stolen their country. Why would they accept that?" Quoted by Nahum Goldmann in Le Paraddoxe Juif (The Jewish Paradox), pp. 121-122.

Also Ben Gurion stated " The present map of Palestine was drawn by the British mandate. The Jewish people have another map which our youth and adults should strive to fulfill -- From the Nile to the Euphrates."

Martin Buber, Jewish Philosopher, addressed Prime Minister Ben Gurion on the moral character of the state of Israel with reference to the Arab refugees in March 1949: "We will have to face the reality that Israel is neither innocent, nor redemptive. And that in its creation, and expansion; we as Jews, have caused what we historically have suffered; a refugee population in Diaspora."

"The past leaders of our movement left us a clear message to keep Eretz Israel from the Sea to the River Jordan for future generations, for the mass aliya [immigration], and for the Jewish people, all of whom will be gathered into this country." Former Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir declares at a Tel Aviv memorial service for former Likud leaders, November 1990. Jerusalem Domestic Radio Service.

"In Palestine we do not propose even to go through the form of consulting the wishes of the present inhabitants of the country"Lord Balfour in private memorandum to Lord Curzon, 11 August 1919.

"We walked outside, Ben-Gurion accompanying us. Allon repeated his question, 'What is to be done with the Palestinian population?' Ben-Gurion waved his hand in a gesture which said 'Drive them out!' Yitzhak Rabin, leaked censored version of Rabin memoirs, published in the New York Times, 23 October 1979; Rabin's description of the conquest of Lydda, after the completion of Plan Dalet.

"We have to kill all the Palestinians unless they are resigned to live here as slaves." Chairman Heilbrun of the Committee for the Re-election of General Shlomo Lahat, the mayor of Tel Aviv, October 1983.

Israeli Settlers celebrate Hebron massacre of praying Muslims by Goldstien

Excerpt - "In 1994 on Purim, Goldstein stormed a mosque and fired on praying Muslims in the West Bank city's Tomb of the Patriarchs - a shrine sacred to both Muslims and Jews.

Twenty-nine people died in the attack, and the angry crowd lynched Goldstein in retaliation.

Israeli extremists continue to pay homage at his grave in the nearby Jewish settlement of Kiryat Arba, where a marble plaque reads: "To the holy Baruch Goldstein, who gave his life for the Jewish people, the Torah and the nation of Israel."

About 10,000 people had visited the grave since the massacre, Mr Marzel said."

If Islam is so peaceful, why has it seen fit to conquer and fight and slaughter since it's birth? Also, Don't even say that the Palestinians were oppressed, and that is a valid excuse to murder innocent people.

By the way, If every Muslim is a faithful student of the Koran, why do so many swallow the bullshit extremists feed them?

Not for my country. At least, not for it's government(not my gov't). It's run by a bunch of thugs. The best are mere collaborators by default, and the worst are outright traitors. I'd fight for any real American in a second.

Maybe the Palestinians. Maybe. The Israelis are nothing but a bunch of punks who steal land.

I might be willing to aid an anti-communist or anti-fascist revolution anywhere, depends on the circumstances.

In the end, the only people I know for sure I would fight for would be Americans and my family and friends.

There were no terrorists in the refugee camps. TheMouse

You should be on Mossads payroll. Im sure that the Palestinians would say as much.

Clue: Zionst codeword for ethnic cleansing is "transfer" TheMouse
In this instance ethnic cleansing means a movement of people, not the death there-of. However, this is no way makes the action of forced relocation acceptable. Additionally, forced relocation does not make the killing of innocents acceptable either.

Its not the motives of the Palestinians that bother me, its the methods.
All in all, quite a good bit of information.

One additional note, just because you post it here does not mean I take it at face value. Its too easy to find quotes for people that were never said. I do believe that the Israelis had intent to remove the Arabs from their borders.

They see but one thing: we have come and we have stolen their country. Why would they accept that?

I do see this as very astute logic from Mr. Ben Gurion.

Reading items such as this, Jewish people have another map which our youth and adults should strive to fulfill, I cant help but think of Manifest Destiny.

I have a hard time believing extreme items such as "We have to kill all the Palestinians unless they are resigned to live here as slaves." Most politicians have too much political savvy to say this. Im not saying its not true, Im saying that the authenticity is suspect.

Israeli Settlers celebrate Hebron massacre of praying Muslims by Goldstien

Just like all the Muslims celebrated in the streets of Afghanistan after the destruction of the World Trade Towers. In truth, there were only a dozen or so people celebrating. The media played it up, watch the video tapes, its all just the same people from different angles on the same street. Just because I dislike a particular race, nationality or religion does not mean that I will not accept the truth.

So what this noble cause you want to put your life on the line for, again?
The cause of killing those that kill civilians premeditatedly as the first goal.

i htink u read the wrong koran!
thats the Osma bin laden version! farwah

Even among different translations the intent it the same.

as for facts, read the "thread" again, yours blow! farwah
Oh yes, youve proven me wrong so far. Right? Sohows that delusion working for you?

Joo Boo, in a sense I can understand why a religion that came out of the Middle East can be so violent in nature. Its a harsh region. Among other things, religions often give schooling in how to manage your life. A harsh violent region would produce a harsh violent religion.

And Saturn is in his own league. I dont hate all races, just those that have earned it.

Default Re: Who would you fight for?

So I have two versions of the Qur'an here with me, one translated by Abdullah Yusuf Ali and one translated by M.H. Shakir. Let's see how they compare verse by verse.

quote:

(Surah 4:103-) Seek out your enemies relentlessly.

(Surah 4:103) When ye pass (congregational) prayers, celebrate Allah's praises, standing, sitting down, or lying down on your sides; but when ye are free from danger, set up regular prayers: for such prayers are enjoined on believers at stated times.
(Surah 4:103) Then when you have finished the prayer, remember Allah standing and sitting and reclining; but when you are secure (from danger) keep up your prayer; surely prayer is a timed ordinance for the believers.

This whole section speaks only of how to pray and when to pray when out during war, saying that the enemies of Islam will surely attack if you lay down your arms while praying. It also tells how to safely pray and how much prayer is ok. Nothing of what you said.
quote:

(Surah 2:216) Fighting is obligatory for you, much as you dislike it.

One says fighting is prescribed to you, the other says fighting is enjoined on you, but after saying that, they say you may dislike something good for you, and you may like something bad for you, but god knows best, pretty much.
quote:

(Surah 8:12-) Believers, when you encounter the infidels on the march, do not turn your backs to them in flight. If anyone on that day turns his back to them,
except it be for tactical reasons...he shall incur the wrath of God and
Hell shall be his home...

What in the hell are you reading? Both of them say that the lord revealed he was with the angels, and the angels strike terror into unbelievers. To strike off their heads and fingertips. Where in the hell are you getting this stuff? Honestly.
quote:

(Surah 9:12-) "...make war on the leaders of unbelief...Make war on them: God will chastise them at your hands and humble them. He will grant you victory
over them..."

You forgot the part before that 'If they openly revile your beliefs.' An accident, I suppose?
quote:

(Surah 9:27-) Fight against such as those to whom the Scriptures were given [Jews and Christians]...until they pay tribute out of hand and are utterly subdued.

Both say Allah is merciful and forgiving, and are like one sentence long. Completely different text.
quote:

(Surah 9:73) Prophet make war on the unbelievers and the hypocrites and deal
rigorously with them. Hell shall be their home

Once again, different text. These both say 'Strive hard against the unbelievers and be firm against them.' That doesn't mean make war on them. Where did you even get these? Surely not a Qur'an, more like a Jewish website.

quote:
But, I guess the Koran could be wrong...

It is you who is in the wrong.
quote:
I seem to know more about the Koran than you. Which I find highly amusing.

Or, you seem to know how to copy paste from obviously biased websites more than everyone else. I find that highly amusing.

What's to say your source is any better (or real) than mine? But, I do believe that your sources are more likely accurate.

So, I stand corrected. BTW, I got those quotes from literature, not the web. It was kind of funny really, it was literature that pretty much denounced all religions. Plus, I have talked to others who corroborated the info. Hmmm...must have been biased. Not that you aren't either.

But, granting that what you said it true: it's amazing how many Muslims get it wrong.

The still do produce the most, and most violent, terrorists.

One I bought in England, the other in the States. I don't care if it's violent, I am not muslim anyway. I am not a fan of any of the trilogy. I was actually just going to see if mine matched up with yours at first, but then the differences were so great that I had to say all the other stuff.

Oh come on Joe Boo, they're not that bad. For Example:

There are flexible enough to wait until a mother finished weaning here baby before they stone her to death. Read here.

This could happen in any country. Why, living here in the US I can remember the last good stoning. It was...hmmmm...oh wait...

Yes, bibles are worded differently, but not too much. As you can see, what he posted in some parts was an entirely different context. The other ones that are close, sure you can say they all want to war with you if you'd like, but it's obviously not true or else we'd have been warring for ages now.

Why do you guys have your panties in a knot about public beheadings? Last time I checked, the death penalty was still alive and well in the United States.

Oh yeah.. I guess it's more mature to waste a bunch of money putting them to death chemically than to just chop of the head.

Beheadings are barbaric, but that's not what I'm talking about.

Im' talking about beating a women getting beat to death with stones. An very painful and lengthy process.

Additionally, this isn't an offence for murder, rape or selling national secrets. She had a child out of wedlock.

And you think this is OK? You're pretty fucked up.

The rumor is that you are a girl (I wouldn't go so far as to say woman). So, go to a militant Muslim society and try getting stoned to death for having a child out of wedlock.

Let me know how it works out for you.

Primitive areas of the world do act primitively. There are primitive Christian Africans who act barbarically also. I don't view this as an indictment of Christianity.

No, I do not, but that's their laws and their business. Unless they do these things in my country, I don't care.

I also think it's silly to use some primitive tribes and conflict areas to indict an entire religion. There are plenty of Muslims who don't run around stoning people and calling for Jihad. There are some that do. Then again, there are some Jewish terrorist groups that run around blowing things up and threatening people. There are "Christian" African tribes that hack people to death. "Christian" Lebanese hacked hundreds of Muslims to death in a refugee camp. What about the religious rivalry in Ireland? None of that is an indictment of Christianity. It's just proof that religion will always be radicalized in radical conditions.

One of the factors in what is allowed and what it not in the world community is the amount of unnecessary pain that is inflicted, both in amount and time. The majority of the world powers got together and came to this conclusion. Ever hear of the Geneva Convention? That is why in civilized countries we dont stone people to death.

Primitive areas of the world do act primitively. There are primitive Christian Africans who act barbarically also. I don't view this as an indictment of Christianity.
See above. Primitive areas of the world act primitively.

We are not talking about the dark ages. We are talking about the 21st century. In Nigeria you can find such things as indoor plumbing, automobiles and cell phones. There should be intelligent enough to come up with a less painful death. Or, possibly, realize that killing a woman for having a child out of wedlock should not be sentenced to death. Or suffer any punishment at all. But, obviously, they are not..

Just because some people dont murder others, that doesnt mean it OK for them to.

No, I do not, but that's their laws and their business. Unless they do these things in my country, I don't care.

You logic is often circular and not completely though out, so I had to guess you couldnt be older than eighteen. The alternative, to assume that you were an adult that used that sort of logic would have rude. My mistake.

farwah, read the UBB FAQ.

not as well as your's is working for you.
Did you stick your tongue out as you wrote that?

u would fight for something that is evil n racist in nature, your response to any attacks on that stance is that Islam is evil and mulsims r bad!"

Its not so much that I would fight for the Israeli Government, but that I would fight for the people. The PLO/Hamas have shown, to me, that they do deserve to die.

racism is just soooo old, its backwards n ignorant, no matter where it is, get a freaking clue

If I get a clue, will you get a fact? Not all races are the same. Some do better than others. Some races commit more crimes, some are more charitable and some are less helpful. They are not all equal.

By the way, under your logic, all those Muslim women that you pretend to have sympathy for would be dead anyway. You want to nuke and kill them all.

Yes, but this isnt happening out in the Congo. This is in a semi-industrialized city.

If there are doing it based on religious beliefs, how is it not? Judeo-Christian beliefs are the bases for western law. Yet, we seem to have moved away from the unnecessary pain. A large part of what a culture, region or a religion is what they are doing now.

You directly said "Beheadings are barbaric". If you cannot back up your statement when compared to American executions, then just admit it.

South Africa is more than semi-industrialized, and the Africans in that country act like they're straight out of the jungle. That's where the rape of children occurs because they think it will cure AIDS. The worst way to judge a religion is by looking at how Africans with that religion act.

quote:

Easy. In a religion of billions of people around the globe, different sects will be more radical than others. There are many Muslims that act very modern. There are many that act very primitive. For some STRANGE REASON, Muslims in one country will act very different than Muslims in another country, just like African Christians will act very different than WASPs.

quote:
Sarcasm, like so many other things, is lost on you. Many people over eighteen years of age are familiar with sarcasm.

Based on what I have seen of your views, I think your "sarcasm" expresses your true opinions more than what you claim to stand for. It's a common tactic for people to vent out their true feelings, then just backtrack and claim they were "joking" because their opinions weren't exactly PC or contradicted something they previously said when they were trying to sound all noble. If you hate all Arabs and Muslims, just go out and say it instead of feigning sympathy for a few select people to use as an indictment of them. If you are actually a sympathizer for all the innocent, as you claim to be, you should be equally horrified at the actions of Israel and Jewish terrorist groups. I wouldn't blame you at first, since the media does tend to highlight Islamic crimes and downplay Jewish misdeads, but I think I've given you enough evidence to at least question your total support of Israel. After all, Zionists basically brought terrorism to that region.

I wont quote your entire last piece; its too big.

to vent out their true feelings, then just backtrack and claim they were "joking" because their opinions weren't exactly PC

I dont think being PC is my problem. I say what I feel like saying.

If you hate all Arabs and Muslims
No, I dont. I just think that the Muslims religion is foul. Being Arab doesnt make a Muslim. Ask the Seiks, they can explain it to you.

you should be equally horrified at the actions of Israel and Jewish terrorist groups
You have brought this to my attention and I am learning. I am not closed minded, I just dont ignore facts. As to whether my opinion on the Israeli government will change, only time and the facts will tell.

I wouldn't blame you at first, since the media does tend to
I take everything I hear with a grain of salt. I try to find corroborating facts before I will believe just about anything. On a side note, I watch less than 5 hours of TV a week. Mostly Deutch Welle and CNN.

None. TheMouse

It seems that the countries where Muslim is the religion of those in power that they the most horrible things seem to happen in lately. Muslims all around the world (Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe and the Philippines for example) are involved in some sort of terrorist action. Or at least, but not often, a stand up war.

Hmmm...you don't hate Muslims, you just think their religion is foul. I'll just let that comment stand on it's own.
So, all Muslims are active in their religion. Truly active? Wow. Im impressed. Most other religions have a much lower percentage. Make sure to tell Jerry Farwell their secret.
I also have impression that you relate all Arabs to the Muslim religion. Its consistent with other things you have said.

The worst way to judge a religion is by looking at how Africans with that religion act. TheMouse

This implies that non-African Muslims behave better.
In case you have forgotten, Im the prejudiced one here. Im the one believes that not all races behave the same.

There has always been fighting amongst the people in the Desert Lands. Always. Oddly enough, there still seems to be. The Kurds in Iraq come to mind. When the US stops caring about the Middle East again, the wars will pick up even more. The Middle East is a harsh and violent place. Giving breed to harsh and violent people. They have to struggle for what resources there are.

That's Africa for ya. If the people who believed that sex with virgins cures AIDS were actually in control of the government, it would probably be government sanctioned. Ironically, they'd have less AIDS in that continent if they had the strict monogamy endorsed by the Koran (or Bible, for that matter).

Research South and Central America someday. No Muslims, plenty of terrorism and conflict to tickle your fancy. It just doesn't get much media play because there's no political purpose as of yet to sensationalize the brutality down south. Africa, too, has plenty of conflict which has nothing to do with Islam.

quote:
So, all Muslims are active in their religion. Truly active? Wow. Im impressed. Most other religions have a much lower percentage.

Let me clue you in a bit to this religion that you hate and know nothing about. This is what it takes to be a practicing Muslim.

1) Witnessing that Allah is One and Muhammad is his messanger.

2) Five daily prayers.

3) Obligatory Charity.

4) Fasting.

5) Pilgrimage.

That's it. You seem to think that the only way to be an "active Muslim" is to run around blowing things up and stoning women.

quote:
This implies that non-African Muslims behave better.

I certainly wouldn't judge Christianity based on a sect in Africa!

There has always been fighting amongst the people in the Desert Lands.

No, we just watch it on videos like "Faces of Death" for our personal entertainment.
Who is we? You may watch it but I dont watch that crap. And the government is not the producers. Again, you analogy is incorrect.

Well...you haven't even begun to try and tell the difference. You're evading.
If you can figure out the means to the end are different and that one involves mutilating a body, I dont have the psychiatric degree that you need.

That's Africa for ya. If the people who believed that sex with virgins cures AIDS were actually in control of the government, it would probably be government sanctioned. Ironically, they'd have less AIDS in that continent if they had the strict monogamy endorsed by the Koran (or Bible, for that matter).

Yes, but in Nigeria the government is the one that does want to do the deed. You seem to be trying to gloss over that. Most of the large religions endorse monogamy and celibacy.

Research South and Central America someday. No Muslims, plenty of terrorism and conflict to tickle your fancy. It just doesn't get much media play because there's no political purpose as of yet to sensationalize the brutality down south. Africa, too, has plenty of conflict which has nothing to do with Islam.
The militants down there, for some unknown reason, seem to be attacking the militaries of the governments they oppose and not the people. How very odd.

Let me clue you in a bit to this religion that you hate and know nothing about.
That's it. You seem to think that the only way to be an "active Muslim" is to run around blowing things up and stoning women.
Does this any way answer the question? No. How many are actually active. It may be easy (as you imply) but that doesnt mean anyone has to really live it in practice.

I certainly wouldn't judge Christianity based on a sect in Africa!
Again, saying the one race under a particular religion is not as good as another. Watch it, your getting racist again.

Kinda like Europe, Africa, South/central America and Asia. Strange, huh?
Youre right. Why Britain was just in war 58 years ago. And the US was just in one this last year. Did the Afghanistan war for ethnic cleansing go well. Oh, thats right, were there to remove a threat to our country and not to kill off another group of people. That is what the Africans and Muslims do. Tribes killing tribes.

So do world wars I and II, along with the mass killings in Columbia.
And more people than all of those were killed in Africa in last ten years. And all of those ended. While the Africans keep going at it.

If you keep ignoring the who, the why ], the how and when you may just win a point.

Its the Nigerian (the who) government, not a few peasants.
The tribal warfare (the why). Not for the freedom of a people of the preservation of peace.

In its most resent war, the US made a point to try to only bomb military targets (the how). The Afghan war had one of the lowest, if not the lowest, ration of ordinance used to civilians killed. The Muslims favor the bomb that kills as many civilians as possible. The Africans kill any member (man, woman or child) of the opposing tribe that they can get their hands on.

The killings (by terrorists) in the Middle East and Africa are happening now (the when). World War 1 (ended 84 years ago) and World War 2(ended 58 years ago) was from 58-84 years ago.

You continually gloss over these aspects. Why? Because they weaken your case.

You can look up the terrorism in Latin America at state.gov

There were like over 3000 murders associated to the various militants in Columbia alone last time I checked some figures. Non-Islam related.

There was also that genocide in Rwanda in the mid-nineties. Over half a million dead, I think it was. Non-Islam related.

Not only did the US arm, finance, and train many of those Jihadi groups as a wedge against the Soviet Union during the cold war, but they often live in conflict zones because of land disputes and civil wars based on ethnic tribal rivalry.

Case in point for you to ponder. The PLO was a secular group fighting a land conflict. Israel financed and supported HAMAS, the radical Islamic group, as a counterforce to PLO power.

HAMAS history tied to Israel

Israel's Roots of HAMAS

Israel gave aid to HAMAS

alright guys ihave been away in the real world for a while, so hello again, i am back to waste somemore of my time, this is addicting i tell u,
first of all i am loving the generalisations and judgements about mua, oh how well u all u think u know me. reaally u guys u don't.
Jooboo man, nope i am not racist, wouldn't have it, i hate ppl who r racist ppl who say things that hurt people,

I am offended when sumone says stupid shit like black ppl are dumb or muslims are violent, and i make it a point to offed and shout out and respond viciously albiet via non-violent means to anyone who says such ignorant dumbass shit.

u presume b/c i defend palestinians i hate jews, thatis soooo fucking far from the truth u have no idea how far, if u only knew!
but who knows maybe u are a dumbass!
quickly though reason why i said terrorists the worst kind not produced solely in mid-east, well if u look at recent history bolshievieks, i mispell i know, hitler, okay maybe not terrorists but there have been many a nasty regimes that hurt thier own ppl and ppl in ohter countries, based upon race, and other discriminating stuff
most of the muslim regimes i do not support, but the freeaking goverment of this god forsaken country does, in addition any bullshit about muslim countries being violent b/c they r muslim is ...bullshit.
as much as any bullshit about all jews taking over the world.
the US supports mid-east goverments that r fucked up b/c of oil it bullies them, like iraq when it needs b/c of also ..oil.
Isreal on the other hand well they don't have much in terms of natural resource but the shit load of support is due to incredibly powerfull jewsih lobbying organizations thats plain as day.
does that mean all jews support that ... i kno many who woul kick your shitty ass if u said that.
i also know many hwo would kick your ass if u said all muslims supported arab governments.

YES! there are ppl in this world who can look past race religion etc and look at ppl, and recognize evil.
i have no loyalties to any faith, race, country.
my loyalties lie with the good folk, my battle is to fight for human rights, yup fight for the oppressed, and there are so many....the poor, labor, children women, civilians and prisoners of war, refugees, natives, environment, animals god damn it, the world feels like such a bad ass place,
but it really its simple *IMPORTANT* - *There r bad eveil hating ppl who r greedy and care only for themselves they come up with dumbass reasone like race and what not to glorify themsleves and to justify why they should have access to more then the rest.
stupid stupid!*
i can't make the world better all at once with a magic wand ike i realllly reaaaallly wanted..if any one has any ideas how to make that happen u know carreer wise gimme a shout out...anyway so i ahv decided to do what i can.
the media well ..dancing monkeys do more, its entertainment, and it is tool to propogate evil vicious plans for bigots etc to take more from the already impovereished world.
the US goverment is where all the evilness comes together maybe b/c i live here, and obviously in all my well work expereinces and study and protest experiences i hear a lot of negative about this countries governemnt, and even when i am abroad, ..well maybe thats b/c i am from the US but..ppl tend to talk about bad policies of this country,
but really the arab leaders, the latin american landlords, african warlords, Israeli goverment (i guess htats arab leaders also) all comes back to the US. Latin america is loaded i know i have been there, gosh damn its beauttttiifulll countrysides, i mean natural resources up to your elbows and ears, Brazil can feed all its hungry and many more, but yet it doesn't!!!!know why??!!! cuz of landlords!, know wat else, US supports them and when they try to fight back the ppl i mean the CIA screws them (example guatamala!) its in the news so why the freak doens't anyone do anything, well...take me, wat the fuck can i do, helllooo popular vote - 4 democratic leader but - who won dumbass warmonger, anti-kyoto, labor rights, discrimination meetings, evil evil busch! actually he is just a puppet u can tell when he speaks u can see him thinking of what he was supposed to say. ask him a question out of the blue gosh its embarrassing the answers he gives...really ask the canadians.
JUST THINK IN EXTRA COLOR- so everyone is purpule, really if u look at judaism and islam for instance major hate clubs right there - but see the similarities circumcision, i kno i mispell, no pork or ham etc, and their the concept of god! so why fight b/c they hate! do u see HATE = BAD!
, and if u look at japanese shinto, they have this story of how japan formed much like david and parting of the red see, and if u look at buddhism and catholisim and islam wow major similarities, buddha beads, rosary, and ....muslims also have the same kinda beads for prayer, and mulsims and buddhists, and catholics and jews i think, also pray to the dead. which is an integral part of both buddhism and islam,
don't even get me started on similariteis in hinduism and christianity.. anyway so really we r all alike and here is my big saying...

if we all believe in god(s) as the most powerfull being. then if god(s) did not wipe all the other religions out except for the right one then who the freak are we- right?!! think about it,
ok i am not coherent but u get the point, i do not hate, i hate haters n sumtimes in my efforts to give ppl a taste of htier own medicine - to make them realize how bad it must feel to have someone be racist to u- i sink to thier level, so i have serious issues with so far saturnrocketX, and whoisyourdaddy, do u want your name on that list jooboo?! hungh hungh?!
well thats all the time i can waste for today, i may have to leave this site permanently i must giveup stupid email address which means change of name etc etc,

And whoever here called the Palestinians cowards for killing civilians - have you ever read UN records? For every Israeli civilian killed, ten Palestinian civilians or killed. The Israeli army has killed enough civilians to make the suicide bombers look like mosquitos.

farwah, if you used anything approaching decent grammar and less vulgar language others may take you seriously.

The fault in your logic is simple; you ignore facts way too much. Lets keep it simple and try my two main points. Refute these using some kind, any kind, of real logic.

My points:

  • Not all races (or religions) are equal
  • The Muslim religion puts out the most terrorists of any religion

Are your argument (not rant) against these points are?

Actually, the Muslim religion puts out the least terrorists. If not the least in number, the least in number of people killed by terrorists.

I'd say at this point in time, Christianity ranks number 1. The US Army is the most powerful terrorist organization in the last century - our terror attacks throughout South America and South East Asia alone have killed give or take 3 million people, including the genocide we funded in East Timor. The School of the Americas has trained some of the worst terrorists in existence.

I'd put Judaism at number 2. The Israeli army is a powerful terrorist organization with more power then every Islamic group put together. Ariel Sharone and his lackeys commit acts of terror and repression with the funding of American lobbies, which are terrorist organizations by definition - (funding terrorists counts). I'd say since the 60s, Jewish terrorism has killed many more people then Muslim terrorism.

Islamic groups have killed less then 15,000 people, even indirectly. They're only a bunch of guerillas with little resources. The United States and Israel are gigantic military powers.

The majority (not all) of Israel's attacks have been in retaliation or a pre-emptive strike.

"Islamic groups have killed less then 15,000 people, even indirectly."

Where did you create...mmmm...find that number at? It's not so much the numbers as it is the targets. Not to mention the methods.

Ignoring the fact that "pre-emptive" is a new propaganda word for outright aggression, so are the majority of HAMAS attacks. Actually, HAMAS attacks are pure retaliation like all the other Palestinian militant group attacks. They'll even put out a message after an attack saying something like "This is revenge for the deaths of blah blah blah.." and "we are willing to stop killing your people if you stop killing ours"

The United Natiosn considers the US Army a terrorist organization. The Security Council actually tried and found the US Army guilty of unlawful acts that fall under the United Nations code as "terrorism." The Security Council demanded the United States stop their international terrorism, but the Reagan administration ignored it.

The Israelis are attacking the armed wing of the Palestine Authority, for one, Hamas, for another, and all the other hopeless cases who think it is truly manly to strap a bomb onto themselves, get into a bus and blow up civilians, men women and children, in the hope of ascending to Paradise and receiving a large number of virgins as their reward. (I presume the odd women who does it is an ill informed lesbian, as women are not allowed into paradise)

I've lived in Israel close to the Lebanese border and it's a pretty fucked up situation over there. However I cannot imagine anyone fighting for the palestinians, they target Israeli civillians on purpose, the IDF kills civillians mostly accidental.

Most palestinians are potential terrorists anyway because their religious leaders force them to become martyrs by brainwashing them with islamic bullshit.
This is how they recrute suicide bombers and how they get people to send their children to the front line to die and feed the palestinian propaganda. Their families don't care, they have a fresh martyr to worship.

Everybody knows islam is an intolerant religion so when the palestinians are done wiping out Israel (wich is never gonna happen) they'll try and come after anyone else who doesn't share their beliefs, thats how jihad works.
I've never met a palestinian who came up to me for a friendly conversation, instead they asssumed I was from the usa and started looking for bricks to throw, the fuckers.

good luck t'zanchanim and sayeret matkal
and happy channukah

Whoever talked about equality and freedom Id fight with.
Id fight for dignity too.
Or the CNT in spain, or more likely the EZLN in mexico now.

You (and everyone else) is getting me wrong on this one. You people all think I'm chosing the palestinian side. I don't. The thing that bothers me here, is that the israelis get the credit. They're the good guys and the plalestinians are the bad? Bullshit! The israelis are as rotten as the palestinians are. Personally, I wouldn't give 2 fucks about any of the two. They're just fighting fot some piece of land. That land doesn't belong to anyone. No land belongs to anyone. If I go to whatever country tomorrow, kill off everyone that stands in my way and calaim the country as my own, the it's mine. Doesn't matter to who it belonged before that.

Do the Indians own America? No they don't. They did once, but they don't anymore. Same thing's for the battle in the middle east. War rules you say? Bullshit! Wars don't have rules. I can't remember one war where civilians waren't killed. War is anarchy, and you do whatever you want, unless someone can prevent you of course.

So if you think the israelis are the good guys and the palestinians the bad, then you my fiend are an idiot. Let me say that again: "You are an ...iiiidiot!"

Youre right. War has no rules.

However, this isnt really a war. If it was, the Israelis could just take their much larger, more power, force over to the Palestinians and just kill them all off.
The problem is that too many others (the US included) will not let Israel just declare war, fight and call it a day.

One of my favorite things has got to be that the bombings in Bali were a result of the Australian army preventing people from being "liberated". These ppl who were going to be "liberated" were christians who never wanted to be muslim or live in a muslim area. I've said it before and i'll say it again - intentional killing of innocent civilians is murder and that's it. I don't condone murder.

that should read general assembly, not security counsil. the US is on the security council and have veto power. we would never find our self guilty.

Interesting point and in the short amount of time I've thought about it, I can't say that I agree.

I don't know if Israel wants to declare war first. Think about it: If Israel declares war first, the Arabs now have something to unify around (the declaration of war), however, if Israel allows the Arabs to declare war, the Arabs must first get a unanimity of opinion. This unanimity is difficult to obtain even under ideal conditions. Why? Which Arab nation wants to be the first to get the full brunt of Israeli military prowess? Every Arab nation is willing to be number 3 or number 4, but the first two countries will be parking lots and the Arabs know it. And as far as a simultaneous attack, this now requires the Arabs to trust each other to keep their word. Does anyone remember the Surah in the Quaran about friendly and unfriendly tribes? The Arabs sure do and this crap about Arab hegemony is pure, unadulterated crap.

And each time suffered a major ass-kicking.
And with every dollar they spend on Scuds to parade through their capitals so their leaders can be self important dipshits, there goes a dollar that could be used to improve their education, economy, or whatever. Everyone says Bush is a greedy capitalist, yet how many Presidential Palaces does Saddam have? Double Standards.

So far no one has stated the Palestinians are the victims. They are. So are the Israelis they are killing. They have my sympathy. And every single time I hear someone implying all Palestinians are the rightous, I just have only to look at the piece of concrete with what is left of my brother embedded in it after the PLO left car bombs all over Beruit to say how full of shit those people are.
