Have you all seen the pictures of the Al Qaida prisoners at Camp X-Ray ? Do they deserve to be deprived of all sensory stimulation ?
I thought that US Democrocy states that everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty.....And I doubt that the US soldiers Saw any neon signs pointing to the al-qaida planning department where they captured the prisoners......I reckon that these prisoners should be kept as POW's and not the way they are now.....any one agree ?

When people are being detained under the authority of Police they at times have to be hog tied or even in some courts people have a gag order place on them even before being sentenced. And sometimes a gag order isnt removing a person from the room but actually placing a Gag (Ducktape) over their mouths.

The prisoners have openly threatened American soldiers and said they would do whatever it takes even if it kills them to get out of prison. They arent treating them like this as a form of punishment but to keep them from chewing their way out of a prison or trying to overthrow guards. Most prisoners arent as aggressive and dont need this kind of treatment.
