Default kill the traitor

www.KilltheBitchass.com

this article states that he is a gentle person, and then goes on to say how he supports the 9-11 attacks on america.

and george bush says "Poor Guy".......

He needs to die. if all the other taliban were spared, i think this dude is a traitor and should be executed.

isn't he allowed to stand up for what he belives in, isn't that what freedom is? to be able to think and say things you want? whats the point of killing in the name of freedom if you shoot everyone who excersises thier rights? why is he wrong anyway, because he doesn't share the same views as you? he supports the S11 attacks, you support the attack on afganistan, killing of iraqi children (im guessing) and countless other murders. why is there a distinction? killing is killing. maybe you should be shot for your views? maybe, just maybe, no one is right in this situation, and all the ones who proclaim to be right are the real traitors, traitors to humanity and traitors to people who just want to live without the fear of death over them, or some faceless agression that they feel for all people who have differing thoughts to be executed. i mean, listen to yourself, have you even thought about all this, or are you repeating what you have been told by your beloved leaders? hey, its called compasion. (just in case http://www.dictionary.com/cgi-bin/dict.pl?db=%2A&term=compassion&B1=Search)

Default Re: kill the traitor

raovq

my point is simply that he is a traitor against his country.

i will say it now:

I want anybody killed who wishes me to be dead.

i don't support the killing of innocent people (like he does). i wish there was a way to be rid of all this without war, but there is no way. they want to kill me so does that mean they're still innocent? if these people want us dead, then their fate is what it is. to justify this war in any other way is folly. but...

he took up arms against the USA, the country of his birth. he can believe whatever he wants, but he gave up his rights as a citizen of the us when he defected to afghanistan.

i am not repeating what my leaders have said, they are trying to give him leniency because he's a 20 y/o white male from california.

he is as guilty of crimes against the us as the people he joined up with to fight against us. the people killed in the 9-11 attacks, which he supports, are only guilty of going to work that day.

people are free to excersize their opinions here in the usa, but the line is drawn when you use your belief to cause others harm.

he will probably go free, and to this i say, we will be letting free a taliban into our country.

and famicommie, do you think his heart and mind can be changed?? can yours? only through more brainwashing and drugs could this mind be changed.

he is a taliban.

he made a decision to enter a cause he believes in.

he made a decision to support a cause that wishes the destruction of all "infidels" which includes anyone who's not islamic. even you.

he made a decision to pick up an ak-47 and join the fight to create a "perfect islamic state" with them.

he became an enemy of our country.

he knew the consequences of his actions before he made these decisions.

and now he should face the proper punishment for his actions.

i know the definition of compassion.
i just have none for someone who wishes me dead. especially to have lived the priveledged life he could only have had in this country (or another similar capitolist country) if he was innocent it would be different, but he is not.

If he could change his heart and mind to support the Taliban, isn't it entirely possible to change it back? I understand your point. It makes perfect logical sense. I just think that a 20 year old will change his mind several times in his life, and shouldn't just be killed for having a belief.

fighting for freedom is different from fighting people who plan to kill you. if afghanistan is freed, then great, but this is about getting rid of our enemies.

it's common knowledge these people have declared jihad on the us is it not?

isn't jihad war?

this man fought against his own country. in a war.

he proclaims himself to be an islamic warrior.

i made decisions when i was 20. i decided not to sell drugs or join the mafia. i decided not to rob banks. i knew right from wrong.

this guy decided to fight against his own country, when he decided to support the slaughter of his own people, he decided his own fate.

a few things

america has declared a crusade on afganistan, that is the same a jihad

what do you mean own country. he was born there, that does not give a country ownership. just because someone grows up somewhere does not mean that they should be ready to defend it at all costs, what if they are wrong, and in this guys mind, america is wrong.

he decided to join the taliban, but that does not mean that he should be automatically put in queue to be shot. he should be treated like any other taliban soldier. the fact that he is white has no bearing on his punishment.

my whole point is he will be getting leniency BECAUSE HE IS WHITE!!!!! if he was american born and of middle eastern decent, we wouldn't be having this discussion. the world sees a 20 y/o white boy and says "AWWWW isn't he cute, the poor guy only made a few mistakes."

this is bullshit. the country does not own him. he is free to decide his own path.
he picked the wrong fucking path. he's an asshole who was fighting against the country of his birth, the place where his mother and father live.

we call these people traitors. he's not the same as the other talibans because he is using the fact that he's american to try to get away with what he's doing.
the others give up or fight to the death, but this guy will get away with murder and walk free on the soil he was more than happy to destroy??

is he in the same prison as the other talibs?? NO!! he's in a comfy us prison with 3 squares a day. the other guys are locked 30 in a cell somewhere in afghanistan. is he being treated like the rest of them? nope.

fuck him.

jihad was declared officially by bin laden in Feb. 1998. we have declared war on the taliban, and osama bin laden in 2001. this is not a holy war, but an act of self defense.

that makes it different from jihad by definition.

a crusade is a holy war undertaken with papal sanction. a jihad is (according to mass media, i don't know how much faith you would put in them) a holy war. bush clearly said crusade, so that is put down to christianity verses islam. if it is not a crusade then why was it termed so, i know he retracted it, but that doesn't mean he never said it. call it a freudian slip if you will, but the intention was clear.

Canyonero, you say that he is getting leiniency because he is white, that is true but you say he should be killed, is this your opinion on every taliban fighter?

Funny to think that the British have refused to hand over Bin Laden to the US unless they are assured he won't be sentenced to death. (I fully agree with them by the way)

Now back to the topic. Taleban fighters have often been mislead and indoctrinated, why should they be condemned to death? Short imprisonment perhaps, but not death. The same goes for Al Qaeda members with a greater prison term of course for it would be hypocritical to kill someone for having killed.

the taliban.....

while not in agreement with anything the taliban does, i can kind of understand that they are products of their environment responding to the way the US has treated arab countries.

some guys were probably going along for the ride to put food in the mouths of their families.

some to gain political position, and still others are simply followers who, like sheep, go where they are led without much fuss or question. these people, while guilty of war crimes, were not attacking their homeland.

john walker sought the taliban on his own. he was not led, he did not follow, he just went.

he willingly and knowingly joined the war against the us.

what he is guilty of (in my opinion) is being a traitor.

he is guilty of being a member of an organization who took part in the murder of thousands of innocent people.

he doesn't deserve to live (even in jail) in this country he turned his back on and pointed a weapon at.

if they don't kill him, they should at least put him in an afghan prison where he will be treated as he deserves to be treated.

i am glad to see that you guys care, but you MIGHT feel different if he was a traitor to your country, and supportive of the murder of thousands of your countrymen.

i admit kiiling the dickhead is harsh, but i believe it is detrimental to let someone like this guy get away with it, setting a legal precedent for others to follow in his footsteps and play the "i'm just an innocent bystander" routine to get his ass out of the sling.

oh and i agree about bush calling it a crusade. i am an atheist and it affects my world view in that i always fail to take consideration the religeous elements of world events.

one of the reasons i dislike dubya is because he is so openly christian. (it's all fake mind you, he had a cocaine and alcohol problem for most of his young life) and he is embarrasing to me because he says such dumb things. and the dumbest things involve christianity.

this for me is not a religeous crusade to kill this guy for crimes against god, it's for crimes against humanity.

Execute him? What's up your ass? He doesn't want you dead, he fought for the Taliban because WE attacked THEM. The Taliban never lifted a finger to harm us, they actually supported us against the USSR. We're simply attacking them for the actions of a fanatical terrorists group, whom they offered to negotiate stopping (we steadfastly refused this negotiation).

Even so, how does anyone deserve to die? He's no less of a person then you, and you want him dead. According to your logic, you both deserve to die with equal contempt for each other.

BTW, many of the people in the WTC were guilty of alot more then going to work. They were guilty of working for major capitalist corperations that have employed children in third world countries and caused famines, resulting in alot of death. According to this smart guy's logic, they deserved to die too.

we have a tape where bin laden is telling mullah omar among others about how pleased he was that the bombings worked better than he expected. this is 4 days after the bombing.

then they ask do we have proof.

do you call this negotiating??

or is it harboring and protecting the guy who was responsible?

don't let yourself believe that the taliban are innocent or without blame. they are not harmless. their wish is to destroy everyone who is not a fundamentalist muslim. or if you like in their own words.... read the whole thing, it's pretty clear.

Read This Fatwa

this includes you.

whether you like it or not these people wish for you and i to die. this dickface was supporting this fatwa. it is a definite declaration of their intentions.

any questions??

this is cut and dry. he used to be a citizen, now he is a lowly traitor.

my piont is though that being a traitor is nothing. just because you are born somewhere does not mean you have a loyalty to it. thats what goverments want poeple to think, but face it, were all people, regaurdless of what our birth certificate says. and yes, with your argument, any one who wants any one else dead deserves to be killed, well, if that is true, then eveyone who want bin laden dead should be shot. and yes, they have caught an australian fighting for al quaida(sp) (they acctually did something, not just wrong place at wrong time), and i really don't give a shit. he is the exact same as the rest of them (al quaida).

the taliban said give us proof and well hand him over
the US said no negotiations

the taliban said stop killinbg civillians
the US stop using human shields

now the taliban says we surrender
the US says we will not grant ammensty.

dude are you looking at reality??

they demanded proof of something they already knew was true.

this indicates that they're stalling

the whole point of this attack was to destray the taliban and alquaida, how does letting mullah omar free accomplish this?

he's on the right hand of osama.

and just as responsible.

this guy walker sold us out, and now he wants to come back???

we should send him to canada.
mullah omar and bun laden too when we capture them. they can make a training ground up there in the yukon.

i said he deserves to die for wanting ME dead not because he wants people dead, but he wants you dead too. haven't you read the fatwa, i posted a link????

you want us to be reasonable to the taliban??? you sit there wherever you are and pretend like this is not your problem but you are wrong. you are GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION to the US which makes you a target.

we're doing you and the whole world a favor by taking these assholes out.

your priorities are extremely fucked up. maybe you should go join the taliban.

i don't care about the aussie talib, either, aussies should know he is a traitor and should execute him on their own.

this is why being a traitor is bad;
he is aiding and abetting people who he knows committed a terrible act on US soil. this is the place where his mother, father, all of his family live here. this asshole sells his family out to a bunch of rag-head assholes who want nothing less than:

quote:
The ruling to kill the Americans and their allies -- civilians and military -- is an individual duty for every Muslim who can do it in any country in which it is possible to do it, in order to liberate the al-Aqsa Mosque and the holy mosque [Mecca] from their grip, and in order for their armies to move out of all the lands of Islam, defeated and unable to threaten any Muslim. This is in accordance with the words of Almighty Allah, "and fight the pagans all together as they fight you all together," and "fight them until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah."

and all we have to do is be reasonable....

i'm the hypocrite?? the same people who oppressed all of afghanistan are fighting to end oppression.

that makes alot of sense.

america must be wrong because these people are so right...... ummmm????

when they nuke us, i hope the fallout comes knocking on your door.

Also, even if the trator was a lowly beast, he doesn't deserve to die. He didn't do anything accept defend his country and his religion against the USA and it's fellow bullies.

Hey, I'm happy this happened. I'm happy because I think America needs a wake up call that it's not omnipotent, and that we can't get away with the evil we've been reigning on the rest of the fucking world since the signing of the Declaration of Independence. I suppose I deserve to die.

Sky, this man should be tried, naturally fairly of course and without being under the threat of receiving the penalty of death. As to your comments regarding the Taleban, it is true that the American handling of the affair was far from legitimate. I'll consent to that. But events have, to tell you the truth, proved that despite this illicit action by part of UK and American forces has, after 5 years of desperation, actually brought some hope to the Afghan people. I'm not saying the Northern Alliance should be trusted, that's why peacekeepers are being sent to the region, but at least we are seeing the beginnings of a more liberal state for the people of Afghanistan. You are right in saying that the Taleban never attacked the US directly, they only endorsed Bin Laden's organization and indirectly supported it, but to tell you the truth, I'm glad the Taleban have been removed.

another?
the piont that im trying to make that hasn't been aknowledged is that the US does not own everyone who is born there. they cannot and should not control the lives of people and execute prisioners because they are fighting for what they belive is right. why do they get the right to tell people who they are going to kill? if bush walks up to you and says 'today we will kill all people with an 'l' in thier name, you will fight or be shot as a traitor' what would you do? you may feel you owe a debt to america, but you don't. im not familiar with the constitution, but i pretty sure it says that you can't be descriminated against. this fellow might be shot purely and simply because of his place of birth. countless taliban fighters should be released after all this blows over and they will continue living, but this one might be killed because he is born in a certain place.

(and by the way, as a US citizen you aren't allowed to bear weapons for any nation but the United States, I remember reading that in some American passport I saw) I'm not saying he should automatically be convicted, the judge needs to find out if he is to be sentenced to imprisonment or not. WHATEVER!!!!!

this is a matter of principal, and only an opinion.

no one owns john walker
i never said so

now is a time of difficult decisions...

killing him would send the message that the US will not tolerate treason. in my opinion, this guy willingly risked the safety of american lives.

letting him free would send a message that upper class white boys can do whatever the fuck they want.

if john walker was of arab descent, this would not be an issue.... you see your own face on john walker, maybe admire him for his values, so you can't imagine him being a lowlife taliban, there's still hope for you, but not for him...

i could give a fuck about everything else in this matter.

he turned his back on the land of his birth, so why let him back in?? fuck him.

we should just put him in afghanistan prison... someone said he never gave up US citizenship.... then what happens when you defect to another country?? because this is what he did. if he wants to be taliban, then let him meet the same fate of the rest.

but if he goes to american jail, they will probably kill him anyway, so maybe that would be best........

Killing is wrong no matter if it is John Walker or President Bush. Murder is wrong, war seems to make it right. What Bin Laden did is horrifying. He should be tried in a court of law, not a military tribunal, and sentenced to life, with hard labor. In a US prison, I think living the rest of your life in a prison, with US citizens beating the shit out of him daily, ass raping him is alot worse then the death penalty. Now John Walker can only be a "traitor" if he swore allegiance to this country and the "pledge of allegiance" doesn't count because you don't know what the fuck it means in second grade. This whole war, is a hypocrisy. We started dropping bombs on afghanistan, why? to avenge the deaths of civilians. Now by aimlessly dropping bombs I am sure that we killed a hell of a lot of civilians. If we wanted to effectivly get Osama, we should have sent in, Marines, Army, Specail OPs, and never started bombing. Because as you have seen we even killed 3 of our own. Bombed a couple of food warehouses that had thousands of pounds of food for the starving people. So bombs can be effective and they also can be counterproductive. I heard on fox news from some writer for the Washinton Post, that the US has already dropped 10000 to 11000 bombs that was a week and a half ago.
Next we have to explore the reasons that drove a ex allie of ours to do such an act. Could it be our Foreign Policy, based on exploitation, could drive a man to kill 3000 of us. I believe that the US passing Laws like NAFTA, and GATT, conjuring up banking institutions like the World Bank, ADB, WTO, etc..... These laws and Institutions are only based on profit. Lets take the Asian Development Bank. This banks Ultimate goal is to get rid of "poverty is Asia." But they make third world countries pay back loans with interest. Again the Tyrannical Foreign Policy we have employed for decades has now come back around and bit us in the ass. This is my two sense feel free to knock it, bash it, piss on it, if it makes you happy, but the fact remains that we ARE also responsible for the attack on 911. We trained Bin Laden, we were friends with Hussein, we are also terrorists in our own way.

whoah spanky,

do not ignore the threat to the world that is Osama bin laden. afghanistan was not our ally, we were helping them to spite russia. bin laden's second in command is mullah omar, leader of the taliban. this organization took direct part in the 9-11 attacks. peace is a nice thought, but in the real world, it is not an option.

killing is human nature, cruel, but not bad when necessary. you put too much value on the life of a man who would kill you on sight. did you read the fatwa i posted?? their intentions are clear.

i agree that our foreign policy is pretty shitty, but if you think pulling our troops out now would accomplish anything, then you don't know shit.

A dogmatist takes a priori assumption that he feels is self evident and needs no proof. When you argue with a dogmatist you can only do so in circles because they build their knowledge on an assumption they do not bother to prove, that they do not want to prove.

how do you prove an opinion?? i've very clearly stated why i started this post in the first place..... i really just wanted to stir the pot, this forum was getting stale. in a way i would think it would be rational to execute a traitor, but the definition of traitor seems to be different to the user. i think this guy should not be allowed back in the us at the least and at the most, executed. my cause is simply one of self preservation.

i do not agree with the jihad declared on the us, though i know the reason it was declared. no one has proved to me that US troops are invading mosques all over the middle east like the Fatwa claims.....

frankly i think it's bullshit. people can find indymedia clips on how many innocents we slaughter and it wouldn't change my mind. that's because it's easy to get emotional when your life is at risk. i live 60 miles from philadelphia and 100 miles from new york city. that puts me at great risk, and why? because some guy thinks allah said it's ok to kill us. i view our actions in afghanistan as self preservation, not a holy crusade to rid the world of islam.

if we had a time machine and could go and change the past, and we decided to never bother with the middle east at all, what do you think would be happening?? i think the assholes would have blown up the world by now. why, because these uneducated fucks know nothing but war. some afghanis that were interviewed were ready to go attack pakistan, and they had never even seen a world map.

i don't support the slaughter of innocent civilians, but what is termed as innocent. if working towards a capitolist society means i'm guilty of crimes against islam, then most muslims in the world are guilty too.

john walker joined people that want me dead.

he likes and supports their views.

therefore he is my enemy, is this dogmatic?
maybe you embrace those who wish you dead, like i said i know their reasons and now it gives me more of a reaon to want them gone.

the fatwa was first issued in february of 1998. he knew what was up when he joined these idiots and now (not having any morality) i'd love to see him face the consequences for the betrayal of his former people. and for helping to put MY life at risk.

but go ahead, while you accuse the american people of being brainwashed with pro american propoganda, you yourself fall victim to anti-american propoganda. the facts you give are skewed towards your beliefs, just like mine.

what the fuck is that meant to mean?????/

necessary??
who decideds that??
the government?
cooperations??
you??

how can killing not be bad?
killing is wrong, thats why there are laws against it, and why people get upset about it. so you think that because the majority thinks its okay then its right. the masses are rarely right, they just want whats best for themselves. are you fucking listening to what your saying????? when is killing neccessary? there is no situation where killing is the only option. do you really think that or was that just some stupid thing you said on some twisted impulse? how the fuck can anyone say that its 'not bad'? neccessary for who though, you, america, 'freedom'??????

it's ok to kill plants animals and organisms, just not humans?? if it came down to the life of a dog or a person, i'd choose the dog, at least he has an excuse... we humans are terrible animals. i think sometimes killing is necessary, and is not wrong for example in a case of self defense. if my choices are kill or be killed, i will choose to kill first. fuck it, you guys are a bunch of wusses.....

jesus, catching all these feelings for johhny walker reb......

whatever, this has been a fun discussion, i don't totally believe in everything i wrote here, some was just to stoke up some fires in this boring topic.
but you guys (while being sappy) brought up some good points as well, thanks.

i now tire of this topic and now must think of something more intelligent to post.

Canyon's got it right!!! All you apologists for Walker will continue your psycho-babble for another 15 pages at least, I'm sure!! Nothing will ever convince you. Normally jail is better than execution, because sometimes rehabilitation can take place. Like someone said before, a 20 year old spoiled brat from California might be able to see the light, and see what's right if he is put in jail and getting butt-f_____ morning, noon and night! And if he rehabilitates, then, PRESTO....Problem solved!!! But why wait for rehab to happen, when the problem can be solved immediately by delivering him to his ALLAH right now with an execution. It isn't Walkers fault that he was misused by the Islamic radicals. Furthermore, I don't see anything bad in his conversion to Islam, freedom of religion after all is guaranteed and I don't see Islam as being any worse than Christianity or Judaism. It's the radical approach Walker had that made him prone to the assault of the influences that brought him to Afghanistan. Do not make a man suffer needlessly for having been mislead. Of course there must be some punishment, but naturally not the death penalty or long periods in prison for he is but the abused end of the chain of fanaticism. The real culprits are Bin Laden and the Mullah Omar.

Messer: Surely, you jest!!! I agree....there is nothing wrong with someone converting to Islam (or any other religion for that matter). But this Walker creep did not convert to Islam....He converted to the TALIBAN!! That is nothing more than a fanatic political organization which stands only for the killing of innocent people for the reason only that they live in a country that does not share in its view of world order. And MOST DEFINITELY YES, the Taliban is worse than any religion. I don't know of any terrorist training camps run by Catholics, Protestants, or Buddists who recruit and train young male fanatics to kill those who do not subsribe to their political views. DO YOU KNOW ANY? YOU BET, there is a difference between whst this creep Walker converted to (the Taliban), and any other actual religion. Love, Venus.

Ever heard of the Northern Alliance? They raped and killed more civilians than the Taleban, I'll give Fingerz that. But in no way were they as radicalized as the Taleban religiously. However, you must understand that Walker wasn't exactly acting on his own will when he joined their ranks. Prior to that event, he had been trained in a religious school; he had been indoctrinated, i.e. brain-washed. You can't completely hold someone accountable if they have been previously manipulated. He didn't exactly act on his free-will, but was nothing but an instrument of Muslim fundamentalists.
