i think hes a good writer, how about you?

I loved the Hitchhikers Guide to the galaxy series and The Meaning of Lif. Haven't read anything else.

Yeah, I've read the Hitchhiker's Guide trilogy and the Dirk Gently stuff too. I've liked it all, it's a refreshing change from the more serious books.

peace out.
sph3ric pyramid.

i'm getting ready to read the series. sph3ric, did you read all five books of the trilogy? red dwarf is by two other english guys with similar senses of humor to adams. grant and naylor are the authors.

all five books of the trilogy? either way I love em

yes, all five. that's douglas adams humor for ya.

ah k, didn't relise he called it a trilogy too, lol

hehe, i was thinkin the same as u scorched.
Red dwarf is a great show. Never read any of the books tho.

O, and i think i read 4 of 5 in the trilogy, hehe.
Although i think i lost them
Im so unorganised and messy.

its so sad that he died before finishing the sixth hitchhikers guide... but apparantly it will be published post-humously in some form.. which is good..

Douglas Adams is pretty sweet. If you like him read Good Omens by Terry Pratchet and Neil Gaiman, that's some good shit.
