I would like to know is there anybody that have a downloadable version of books like CIA Black Book, How to Kill, CIA Improvised Sabotage Devices, and Anarchy Cookbook.

I don't know about the first three, but the anarchist cookbook is EVERYWHERE on the web. Just search for it on a search engine. Gotta warn ya though, a lot of it is bullshit. Your better off getting "Steal THis Book" thats much better. Plus, it has more actualyl useful information.
