Three Musketeers is a good book. But that's more under the romance/adventure/18th Century genre.
If you're into fantasy, then I recommend Magician by Raymond E Fiest, The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan or the classics, like Lord of the Rings or Hobbit.

Or an another idea is to go to amazon.com and search for fantasy books. Good descriptions and ratings.

Try out any dungeons & dragons fiction books like The Icewind Dale Triology from R. A. Salvatore or the Dragonlance Cronicles from Margeret Weiss.

Lord Of The Flies

Anything by Ray Bradbury:
The Martian Chronicals
Medicine For Meloncholy
October Winds
Etc... I found Farenheit 451 kind of dry...

Neuromancer by William Gibson - he's good about verbal masturbation, if you're into that kind of thing.

Catcher In The Rye - read it a million times. Gets better every time.

Bukowsky is always fun:
Women
Love Is A Dog From Hell
Ham On Rye (read Ham On Rye before Women)
Flower Fist and Beastial Wail
Etc... Very good in a dirty old man kind of way.

Jacob Have I Love Essau Have I Hated

Gone With The Wind (if you have the time to read a 5000 page book. It's very captivating, though. Only took me a month to read it.)

Little Alters Everywhere and the sequel The Ya Ya Sisters. They're pretty good and the more you read it the more fucked up it gets. But, it's kind of like a really emotional Oprah show.

Angelas Ashes and the sequel: Tis by Frank McCourt. His kid brother: Malachy wrote A Monk Swimming, but it's not as good as Franks stuff.

The Bible, if you have the time.

The original Alice In Wonderland by Lewis Carrol (Charles Dodgson)

Animal Farm - you can read it over and over again and it doesn't get boring. It's also very short.

Drown by Junot Diaz. He's the Latin version of Frank McCourt, but his book is more melodramatic.

A Coney Island Of The Mind by Lawrence Ferlinghetti and Allen Ginsberg

Howl by Allen Ginsberg

There's a ton more, but I'd have to go check my library for more science fictiony stuff. If you can, you might find Lemuria pretty interesting if you're into that kind of stuff.

Cheers,
Lost
