False Magnetism ??
i have always wondered about this but here is the example
get two pencial crayons and with the flat ends touching push them togethere and apply some force .. enough that you can readly feel the force being applyed now hold it for about 1 minute now slighly pull so they are removed ... feel that force it almost feels like magnetism i know this can't be true so can some one offer an explanation another one i have tryed s standing in a door frame or a narrow hall and putting both arms out so the backs of your hands touch the wall or frame and then push out wards as hard as you can for about 45second to 1minute then walk out your arms start to float up wards ... is this due to your muscles ??
i have wondered this for a while

Re: False Magnetism ??
Yes, it does have to do with your muscles and nerves. By applying presure to your body for a prolonged period you temporarily change your default setting to a higher level, so normal feels below normal.
Here is another good example of this principal:
Take three bowls, two medium sized ones and one large one. Fill the large bowl with water and let it sit until it is room temperature.
Fill one of the medium bowls with cold water, and the other with moderatly hot water (not so hot that it would burn you or be especialy uncomfortable).
Place one hand in the bowl of cold water, and the other in the bowl of hot. Leave them there for 2 minutes.
Now place both hands in the large bowl of room temperature water. The hand that was in the hot water will now feel the water as cool, and the hand that was in the cold water will feel it as warm.
The prolonged exposure to the hot/cold water temporarily reset the defaults for each hand to hotter and colder than before. Cool huh.

Re: False Magnetism ??
Here's another one. Stand in a doorway and raise your arms against the door frame and press against it for a minute. Then step out of the door way and relax your arms. They will begin to rise -GreaterEvil
