7th sense?
Hey, I was searchin subliminal messages mp3 and i ended up visiting the site www.reversespeech.com last night anyways, they claim that if you reverse what you say when you talk normally, it will actually make sense. (its reversed at a diff speed) and what it says that is what your unconscious mind is saying. they got a whole bunch of example sound clips too. but i dont get how it can make sense. it would be like readin backwards tryin to get messages.
and what can ur unconscious mind be saying? the truth? (use the van dam example) seems to be real/possible to me, but wouldnt man only be able to decode this using machines.. like are brains cant exactly reverse what someone said. what do u think of this?

Re: 7th sense?
yeah, that doesn't sound that realistic. Of course, you could always try it and find out.

Re: 7th sense?
I checked out the site. Pretty weird stuff. It's either a crackpot or something eerily real (but I suppose that can be said for most things). The only thing that makes me wonder about it, is how could it have come about that we do have this '2nd language' under our normal one. I mean, what possible use could it produce for our species? We can communicate just fine without it, so why is it there. That makes me skeptical. If you look for something really hard, you'll find if even if it's not there. But who knows...

Re: 7th sense?
Im not sure what it can possibility do for us humans, like what can the unconscious mind say so different from our conscious one?
and if it says what your thinking about (such as future & past ideas/plans) wouldnt that just give your thoughts away?

Re: 7th sense?
i think it's crackpot. i mean if it truly is a 7th sense then wouldn't all humans have it? i mean so far, they've done it with english, but what about other languages? plus what about those people whose 1st lagnuage wasnt english but currently speeak it. whats going on with them?

Re: 7th sense?
except that 6th sense is generally associated with precognition/extra sensory or the mind in general. This is not either of those.
