Do any of you know what i can take that is readily avalible that will get me admitted to hospital and wront kill me or do to much long term damage

I nice laceration should do the job, or a broken nose. But that is ER waiting room type of stuff. For something a little more serious try inhaling the fumes that come from mixing bleach and amonia, just not too much and stay in a ventelated area and you should come out of it fine, you may or may not spend the night for that.
