Default Hydrogen

I need a web site that can tell me how to make a good amount of Hydrogen gas.
And do you know a way to make Hydrogen gas with aluminum foil?

Go too your local library... find a basic chemistry book... flip through it and you should find atleast 3 easy ways to "make" hydrogen gas.... personally Im too lazy to type any out...

Try a water electrolysis setup. Set two electrodes in water and run a high amperage charge through them. Oxygen gas will form at one electrode, hydrogen at the other.

If you are going to use the electrolisis setup you need to use direct current, have a diveder between the the sides of the water tank that extends down to just below the lower end of the electrodes (this will keep the hydrogen and oxygen from mixing and becoming explosive), and use a small quanity of nitric acid in the water to bring down the resistance. Salt or other acids would also work, but you would have to choose one that wouldn't corrode your elecrtodes.

Put zinc in sulphuric acid, you will see the zinc dissolve and the acid will bubble.

The bubbles are hydrogen gas.

Collect the gas by using it to displace water [I know I should remember what the apperatus is called, but it's been too many years since high school chem ;-).
