Art, broadcasts out of his own home. How hard would it be to rig up a comfortable lazy boy reclining chair, heating pad for the sore muscles and a microphone on a boom stand?

yeah his back is still killing him, but the show will of course still go one. Art i think will pick the next host, it might be some guy called "Segal".... about 2 years ago he left the show but then came back about 5 months later, so who knows maybe he will be back again, you should call the show and ask

Art Bell has retired and returned to the air more times than I can remember. I think he will be back eventually. After all how hard on the back is it to setup a lazyboy sofa and broadcast from his own home?

Don't fucking disrespect Art Bell, he is a paranormal radio pioneer, he is now retired, and his place was taken by a very honorable George Noory who has hosted "Coast to Coast" a few times during Art's tenure.

and as one caller on his farewell show pointed out

he gives time to the crazies who, even if art doesnt belive them he respects them for beliveing he is not a crazy he is a damn fine talk show host and so far george has done a really good job of carrying on the show the only thing i dont like is that clip of a mic lowered down the deepest hole in the earth and all of the ads i really dont want to invest in gold, buy a super-radio, or a telescope to look at mars even if it is the closest its been in 50,000 years

a great program though...
does anybody know an'y good sites on remote veiwing?
