A long time ago (about 3-5 years) I saw this movie on T.V. about a guy (He was in high school, I think, about 17 years old) who had his own pirate radio station. I was wondering if anyone know what the name of the movie was called. I hardly remember anything about it, but at one point, this guy shoots himself in the head, after he writes a letter to the owner of the radio station, and the police believe the guy is in fault for his suicide. Also, at the end where the police are hunting him down, they go to a post office place that leases P.O. boxes. The media is asking the store owner for the guys name, he says he can't tell them, but a police man walks up and says he can tell him. When they are looking for the guy, they;re driving in vans (I think they were yellow...) using traking devices.
I realize these descriptions are a bit abstract, but that's all I really remember. Any help would be great.
