i don't rember many of the really old classic arcade games but my favs of all time are, nba hangtime, nfl blitz, teken3, house of the dead and that game where there is two cops in a car and you drive around shooting up bad guys in black cars and an occasional motorcyle.

I love arctic thunder, time crisis is fun, house of the dead is fun too.. hmm.. dunno what else.. arctic thunder's my favorite though..

Space Harrier blew me away when it first came out in the Arcades - just to show my age.

Either of the Marvel Vs Capcom or X-Men Vs Street Fighter games, Area 51, Time Crisis games, and some game where it was like three games in one (atari type games) and you got to choose which one to play. And Silent Scope.

yeah, thats basically what jin is like with the powered armor. but no one really knows about that . if jin's the last character left with half his life left, he powers up and glows. he does like 4X damage and can't be launched (at least i dont think he can be launched).

My favourite combo is the Jumping low fierce kick (diagonal spinning drill)

ducking low fierce kick (drill sweep thing)

and let go of the kick button and press up and fierce punch (dynamite. he blows his clothes off)

insane damage. nasty combo.

SPACE HARRIER WAS AWESOME!!! it made me sick everytime i played it! too much rushing stuff.

afterburner was great too.

that and outrun.

Lucky and Wild!!! that was the best arcade game ever produced. It had the best to elements of any arcade game...shooting at stuff...and going really fast. I swear that's the funnest arcade game on the face of the earth and when you die and the "Continue?" stuff came up Lucky always said "What are we gonna do now?!?!?!?!"

yes yes yes yes. that is it. i rember so clearly now. and at the end if you got a high score you put your name on a license plate.

the coolest part is where you drive through a mall and all the vendors get there carts tipped over.

i played this kick ass arcade game called carnival of death or sumethin like that

hyrdo thunder, that x-men brawl game, rampage, and i love that starwars game. i haven't been to an arcade forever. you know how you go there late and get to knoww the people that work there and they give you free tokens then they sell the place you do it all over again with new people, they sell it you do it all over again, they sell it 2 more times and you give up. consequently i haven't been to an arcade in 3 years.o california speed was pretty fun, btw wtf is ddr.

My Uncle used to pick up the money from arcade machines - he was given wonder boy on the diddy video machine. He gave it me and rigged the credit line so i coulr rub them together for free credits. I had it in my room for a few years but got sick of playing it so i gave it to my brother in his flat and now it lies in dust.

Dance Dance Revolution. you have (literally) dance to the music. it's totally gay, a friend of mine wanted to play it the last time we went to the mall, and he loved it, but then again, he's gay. I thought it looked pathetic and unmanly, and those characters on screen... yeesh. I made fun of DDR in front the my friend and now he won't talk to me. just goes to show the immaturity of many gay people.

and now my girlfriend likes it...

That's what I originally thought too, but this fool fucking r�xX֮�! That power dive move he has, remember how useless it looks because of how it hits? I can link both hits off in an arial rave, it's even better in a corner combo.

I like jumping in with Colossus's fierce tornado kick, then fierce boot to the head to launch them, then light punch, light kick, med punch, med kick, and if they are in the corner you can shoulder bash them, which will send them straight up, then cancel that into the power dive up, then hit down and punch and go immediately into the dive portion for an ungodly amount of damage.

I was tearing up everyone something horrendous at the arcade with him. His power armor works good on those fast fuckers like Gambit, Wolverine, Felicia, Spidey, etc. Cap' Commando's assist is one of the best in the game because it hits all around and above him, and Guile is just plain solid.

Best combo I ever got off with them was I jumped in with guile and did quick/med punch into his double footsweep, went into his flash kick special, cancelled that into Captain storm, on the last hit of Captain Storm where they go up into the air I cancelled that into Colossus's power dive and hit them going up and then had him dive right after the hit for the final hit. I smoked em' so bad, everyone around me was like "Daaaaamn!".

Solo, it's gotta be Ms. Pac-Man. If I've got a friend or two, The Simpsons and/or TMNT. I also have many fond memories of Samurai Showdown II, since the only arcade game within walking distance of the house was a Neo Geo in a sports bar.

As for more recent things, I'll add another vote for Arctic Thunder (I'm always the big stupid monkey-thing), and I had a lot of fun with the Jurassic Park shooter when it first came out.
