He must be talking about Munga Bunga's http bruteforce. Let me just tell you this, if you're useing win NT, 2k or XP it won't work. If you're using any other version of windows you'll be needing a damn good wordlist to have like 5% of an abillity to bruteforce someons hotmail (or whatever you want to bruteforce, bit I'm guessing it's hotmail). You can find a wordlis here on totse if you don't want to search for a better one.
