anybody have tips on DEEP trance/meditation techniques
i want to get deep into my subconcious. i have been ableto do this but not using any specific techniqueim loooking to be deep in a subconcious state where i can just drift in my mind, dream, or work out problems, etc. i have done this before, as i said but not by a set technique. also if there are any herbs/drugs that you have tried that help list them, note that im not looking to fall asaleep, or to take drugs for helucinations etc, if any they will probably be herbal i immagine, ive had kava etc but ive never experimented with it in meditation per-say.

Re: anybody have tips on DEEP trance/meditation techniques
Quiet place+[absolutely no sounds, no interruptions]+Incense+Patience. Try to stay away from drugs if you want to be serious. Though if you really want a self-exploration adventure ehnanced by drugs I suggest shrooms[fourth plateu, or above] They're out of season for me, but you might be able to find some.
Side note-You might also try some soothing music, if you still can't concentrate enough try it with none.
