yeah, i know FOX!

it was a while ago. long time actually. a year or two maybe? maybe less? all i know is it was trying to prove that we never landed on the moon. it was showing things like photos where the corss hiars would be hidden underneith an arm, showing that they where actually altered into the picture. also in the pictures, showing how the sun is directly in the back but the figure standing directly in front of it does not become a siloette (SP?) but is clearly and 100% visible, which makes no sense! then having peopel come in and talk about radiation levels beyond a certain point past the earth in space, and how they would be unlivable. they had a russian guy on talking about when russia and the US (was it russia? i dont know, it was before iw as alive!) where in a cold war, and they sent some shuttles into space and a few astronaughts dies of radiation poisoning, and they all got deathly sick.

did anyone see this? it being by fox shows me that its 100% bs, but some of their stuff was really convincing but once again they probably altered it for tv. however the SILLOETTE phots ive seen before and the fact that u can asee then and theyre not a silloette is fucked. like is aid, did anyone see this, and did u think it was mainly a bunch of shit like i did despite all the evidence? (it made em think tho!)

yea i saw that. i think nasa made a website to prove those allegations false, but someone will know more.

We had this conversation about 8 months ago when it first aired. My theory is we didnt make it to the moon the first time. We where close with technology but we could not fulfill Kennedys dream of landing on the moon before the end of the decade and we couldnt have that (At least not under nixon) so we faked the first landing. But i could be wrong.

You know some Photographers claim that the strang cross shadows were caused by the Pods lights and not the sun. makes sense.

Lights can do tricky things.

The only problem I had was when nasa took 2 seperate photos on seperate days or seperate landings (I dont remember the exact story) and said they were miles apart but you can clearly see the rocks and mountains in the background were the exact same. They tried to say it was just a mix up in ID'ing the photos but they denied it for years before admitting it was clearly the same location.

it seems like they start covering up when theyre confronted. if it was infact a mistake they would correct it as soon as they found out. comign up with excuses tells me it was simply a lie they hoped would never come up!

I had a paranormal magazine, on this subject but i was at the tender age of 12 and i thought that everyone could be not lied to, oh well there is a possibility of no humans landing on the moon but well ...... fuck i dont know tricky subject one i wouldnt mind researching or reading on any good resources people ?

i still say it was just the first landing we faked. perhaps the russians really did land on the moon first.

There is loads of evidence which could prove that Nasa didnt land on the moon but i think that most of these have been mistakes.
Ok, i must admit that some of this stuff is pretty convincing but if it was all a hoax there would be more substancial evidence to prove it.

The haox claimers believe that only a handfull of people would have known it was a hoax and that the shuttles just circled the earth within its protective atmosphere away from the radiation but i have done some reasearch into this and it would be impossible for them to do this without hundreds of people knowing about it.

Firstly, at all times the shuttle has a huge team of technicians, engineers, scientists, physisists etc keeping an eye on it to make sure that if any problems arised they could fix it. to be able to do this, they would have to know exactly where the shuttle was. what would hapen if they had a problem in space when they were supposed to be on the moon?

So it would be virtually impossible for so many people to now know where the shuttle was, and if they did know would all of them keep that secret?

Then theres the russians.

They wanted to make it to the moon first so if they had any chance of proving the americans hoaxed it. it would go public very quickly. however, if the shuttle had merely circled the earth instead of landing on the moon, the russians would have detected it and proved that america did not land on the moon.

There are hundreds of more reasons why america could not have circled the earth instead of going to moon, but only a few pictures which prove that thet it was a hoax.

We know that light can be very decieving espescially in photographs and dont forget this is in space. we have no idea how any relflections off the pod may have lit up the astronaught when the sun was behind him.

A mistake in in the listing and identification of each photo so it was actually taken on the same day but because someone made a mistake it was claimed to be on another day.

Nasa has proved with strong evidence that this was the case.

Overall, i believe that it would be impossible for Nasa to not land on the moon and not be detected by russia etc.

but in the end its up to you and what evidence you believe.

If I remember my astronomy class, I think the russians did land first on the moon. Except it was a machine that landed. Their remote controlled lunar rover.

As for the moon conspiracy, I think that the fakes are really authentic ones. They got lost and mislabeled in the filing shuffle.

The flag on the moon only looks like it's blowing in the wind because it's being held up with wires, or whatever. It probably isn't even real flag material, like cloth or nylon, or whatever. The flag on the moon is probably made of steel, fer christsakes.

the flag is suspended by wires.. thats not a secret. but there is a lot of credible evidence that some of the pictures may have been faked. there was live feed from the moon. many people in 1969 thought it was faked. Perhaps to help take the minds off of vietnam, to keep the promise of Kennedy that could never be fulfilled or maybe because the Government wanted Russia to think we were superior to them. or maybe they are in fact authentic and the lighting is just screwy because of the LANs lights mixing with natural sunlight.

Assuming that it was faked, it only goes to prove that Governments lie to the people. Other than that I don't see how it matters.

Excellent beany! How old are you? Becuase, if you're old enough, like 16, you would know that the gulf war occured under Bush the first, who was never in an extramarital relationship as far as the Republicans are concerened.

Perhaps youre alluding to Operation Desert Shield Me From Impeachment, wherein we carpet bombed some terrorist camps to hell. Of course, that was an obvious cover and everybody called it, so I hardly would consider that Wagging the Dog. Maybe it's just beating a dead horse.

SLANT, im sure that if they really wanted to fake it, it wouldnt be that hard to lie to those workign on the shuttles moon landing. all they would have to do is match whatever life support, radio signal, etc... things with those of the shuttle, but simply fake its actual location. that way if a problem did arise, those who new how to fix it could help, thinking it was a legit problem coming form the moon. faking positions on radar or whatever they used, by simply using a fake radar unit. that way all those thousands who worked on the mission would be in beliefe of a lunar landing.

there also are way to hide from the russians. seeing as how they would probably be more focused on thigns like the moon around that time, they could have overlooked a shuttle for a satalite. im not sure about what type of radar they would use to detect shuddles, or if theyde just use imaging. in any case, im sure the us could have not circled the earth, but instead, flown around north america or simply away from anyone who would notice or care, and stay clear of russian stalites.

i also agree it could have been a big thing to relieve stress about vietnam. winning the cold war must have made those worried about vietman, a bit, or a lot mroe confident in the capabilities of us technology, therefore easing stress that came with thinking they may all get fucked in vietnam!

always use logic in these situations, The only way that the usa could prouve ussr ( I dont know why all u fucks keep sayng Russia ) that they landed on the moon was to convince the people. that they did by faking thier first landings. goes out to prouve that if the gouvrnement can lie about that they can lie about anything ( yeaa 4 national security reasons, always same lame excuse ) i belive that humans did land on the moon, the same way they sent shit on mars. one proof of this, is that moon rocks contain metals that dont exist on earth...

I think the first landing was probably faked. Just to say that we got their first.

The Gov. has admitted that the flag was held in place by wires.

I do think that we have been to the moon though, just not how they make it out to be the first time.
