Dehydrating food
I got a dehydrator for Christmas, so far I have done a few thing in it.
Beef jerky was awasome! i need to make some more. 2kg's of meat don't last long.
Tried some fruits with varied success. Mango was my favorite one. Bananna didn't turn out too well.
I'd like to try some chicken and fish if possible.
Dose anyone else dehydrate stuff?

Re: Dehydrating food
I bought a used one some time ago and made jerky of different sorts. Pretty good, still have some stored away - resold it not too long ago.

Re: Dehydrating food
i know a guy that liked to shoot and dry kangaroo meat. though i think if you can get a game meat, it would be pretty good
also remember you can dry herbs this way too
