Is this proportion by weight or by volume? If by weight then its obvious you need 200mg of water. Look up the density of water and it should be easy to figure that into mL. If by volume then...

The density of water in grams per cubic centimeter or per milliliter shouldn't be hard to remember. It's 1. So you'd need 1/5th of a milliliter of water if going by weight... not very much! ...
