Pizza Bianca (ie. dough that doesn't have to be rolled)
http://www.cooksillustrated.com/recipes/article.asp?docid=17002
Anyone ever tried something like this? Lukazz, maybe (being from Italy, I mean)? I'm going to give it a try later this week, but a problem I'm foreseeing is that since the dough is so wet, it'll be a ridiculous mess to knead it (by hand). Thoughts?

That looks good, let us know how you deal with the wetness!
I think chucking some basil and sun dried tomatos instead of anything else would be tasty as hell.

*salivates*
I believe I've had it before, and if I'm not mistaken... magnificent.

Re: Pizza Bianca (ie. dough that doesn't have to be rolled)
I tried working with wet dough (I just poured out a cup of flour and some water) just to verify, and like I thought, it's way too sticky. I'm going to try to knead it with a spoon, emulating the motions that an eletric processor does.
