Wild Turkey American Honey
Hey guys, has anyone tried this drink before? I am drinking it right now, my mum just got a bottle for new years and i am drinking it. Anyways this is a very smooth drink, there is barely any bourbon burn and it has a smooth taste of honey.:D
I love it.

Re: Wild Turkey American Honey
I've had it. It's alright, I was expecting something a little different, and to be honest a little bit better from Wild Turkey. It is too sweet in my opinion, and the honey flavor is a little too over powering. I would have enjoyed it more if it had more characteristics of bourbon, with a little honey flavor that finishes smooth like the American Honey.
It's decent but not something I would buy.

Re: Wild Turkey American Honey
When I was 18 this girl that was i was boning at the time, bought me a bottle. Although it was ok, it was just faaaarrr to sweet for me. I'm a whiskey man, and a shot or two, or mix or two would be fine. I'm not getting druink off of it again. I'm a guy that can't stomach most sweets, I hate chocolate, etc. etc. I used to love honey so much, but after the age of lik 14 the taste of sweet things makes me want to puke, and I have a few times on sugar laden things. Whatev'
But it's ok, still doesn't have my prefered taste of Wild Turkey 101. That's my favorite budget whiskey of all times. Thus my favorite whiskey. hahaha

At the local liquor store Wild Turkey has an aisle-end dedicated to their products, I always see this among their other bottlings when leaving the whiskey aisle. Can't say I've tried it though.

You should definetly give it a try. It only has a slight bourbon taste, barely any at all actually.

Re: Wild Turkey American Honey
It's pretty good IMO. I don't think it's all that sweet, but rather a little muted or toned down. It's just not a harsh bourbon.
It's good mixed with Jameson.
