If they made a fucking huge magnet, big enough to attract the iron in ones bloodstream. the biggest magnet ever, a supermagnet. Wha would happen when they turned it on?

To what? You question is too vague. It would induce magnetism in some materials (paramagnetism) and cause some materials to oppose the magnetic field (diamagnetism) the same as any magnet.
