America and Europe tend to be more the cutting edge of fashion, with Oceania sometimes a year behind, so I'm not sure what the current trends are in your neck of the woods.

I think beard stubble is the minimum requirement. Also, no fedoras and tshirts. You need to at least be wearing something with a collar. Even a polo is pushing it. And so are jeans. You can do it, but...Hard to pull off
