seriously
I called it put down the fork diet, the fat 490lbs dude i told that to in a grehound bus who took up 2 seats from portland to saltlake wasent to thrilled but i stoped drinking soda and ate only 1000ish calories a day and began running or parking as far from the store as i could or not using the remote or hitting my children a little bit harder and what not.
