i've been trying for a long time to astral project and finally i managed to do it in way...
i mean i felt i was ready to leave my body and then my chest started hurting. i got pretty scared so i stopped. i am not sure if the pain was because of the beating of my heart but i am sure that it was a pleasant feeling.
and also is it possible that my body will be possesed of another spirit??

1. Nothing is trying to posses you.
2. It should not hurt, just will be intense, if something hurts, I'd suggest you stop.
3. It isn't your heart beating fast like that, its your heart chakra.

Also if it hurts, I wouldn't recommend doing it.
It might just be your chest muscles as well, I always confuse that for heart problems, when in reality I'm quite healthy.
