alright this might sound kind of difficult, but I assure you it is not. as a person on the internet you can trust my idea and opinion are 100% factual and legal in basis :)

take three yogurts with granola, candy, whatever in the top..
eat two them WITHOUT the top, make sure you eat them without the top, don't eat them with the top on,
now here comes the cool part

you should be left with a yogurt (just one), and three (3) plastic-foil packets of yogurt shit,

put all three packets of yogurt shit into one yogurt (carefully, if you do this correctly the yogurt should be full to the line where it -should- have been when you purchased it instead of like halfway down the cup, and then you're like wtf man this is like, marketing that is definitely not consumer-oriented) and eat it

eat the yogurt slowly, even let it sit for a minute to get some cultures activated or whatever

then you can either throw up or digest it i guess :)

Why not just buy a whole bag of crushed candy/cookies of your choice and dump it in whatever yogurt you like?

Yea really. I just buy the tubs of yogurt and either a box of cereal or some fruit and mix the two up when I want. And anyways, usually the extra toppings (especially the fruit) are covered in syrup that I don't really need.

yeah but if you're dieting something's not right, there's not a prolem with 190 there's a problem with like 300 (lbs)
