Re: best way to cook frozen corn dog
I've had some success by cooking them in the oven, and then either pan frying them or broiling (rotating either way) to get that nice crispiness on the outside. You might give that a whirl if you want to put that much effort into it (I only ever do it when I'm drunk and feeling inspired as well as hungry).

Uh, the microwave? Like the box tells you to. I can even tell you it's usually 70 seconds per corn dog.
They always come out hot and good. Really can't fuck this one up...

Re: best way to cook frozen corn dog
yeah the other night i tried cooking one about 3/4ths of the way in microwave, then kept it warm in oven(not sure if this step is necessary) while heating about 1-2 tbsp oil in a frying pan then just fried the fuck out of the outside. this made it nice n crispy n delishusss
