Anyone planning on attending?


The way the ticket system works is you have until Nov. 7 to make a "request". You can only make one ticket request in the first "round" of bidding. If your request is drawn from the lottery, your credit card will be immediately charged and you will acquire those tickets. There are additional rounds of ticket sales for those events that aren't sold out after the initial round.

I just made a request for two snowboarding half-pipe finals tickets and two gold medal men's hockey tickets. I would have requested more but my credit card limit is only $1000 so I can't make a single purchase over that amount at one time.

If Canada isn't in the gold medal game, I'll probably just end up scalping the hockey tickets. I'll definitely be attending the snowboarding event though.
