and realtone ringtones for leper's bells
all sexy hair and dystrophic legs
"in the future culture's dead"
i hear rejoice the dystopic dreggs
in blessed union the choirs all sing
to coldplay's latest chart hit hymn
while politicians learn the words
to thrill the kids with bebo blurbs
all being; green; energy; clean;
tudor roses and fair trade jeans
caring never felt so good
as half-eaten fast food
and plebeian wit deep fried in piss
served by zac efron of high school music bliss
like drunken slugs ravenous for shit
we lap it up for want of it
"the future's dead" our culture says
"yeah, we're dead" the future said.
