Default URGENT Eq. Derivations!!

So, I need to figure out how to derive two equations but its driving me nuts. I've worked on it for hours and I'm not getting anywhere.

Eq 1.

V = ((g/2)*((1+b^2)/m))^(1/2)

When b = -tan(theta) and m = (g)/(2*V^2 *cos^2(theta))

Eq 2.

Given the relationship above, V = ....

Derive the error in V: Ev Eb is error in b Em is error in m

Ev = V * [ ((b*Eb)/(b^2 +1))^2 + (Em/2m)^2 ] ^ (1/2)

I know there is some sort of partial derivative use in the second one, but its so drawn out and complicated I get lost in my own writings...

Default Re: URGENT Eq. Derivations!!

Ev = V * [ ((b*Eb)/(b^2 +1))^2 + (Em/2m)^2 ] ^ (1/2)

therfore V= Ev / [ ((b*Eb)/(b^2 +1))^2 + (Em/2m)^2 ] ^ (1/2)
