Default My Lucid Dream

It has been a while since I had a lucid dream, but I finally had one yesterday afternoon when I decided to take a nap.

I had no idea what I was doing in my dream. But, all of a sudden I got this strange fascinating feeling all around my body and realized I was dreaming. I then "charged" up the feeling (kinda like Goku) and started to move things with my mind around me. Then, I started to fly with the clouds. It was the best thing ever. Until I realized that this was "just" a dream and woke up.

It has been a good year since I had a lucid dream. This one came outta no where.

Does anyone know why some of us have these kinds of dreams?

Default Re: My Lucid Dream

I once had a lucid dream where I realized I was dreaming and decided to meditate and chant "OM". My whole body felt like it was vibrating, especially my head. I felt scared so I stopped and woke up. Felt very peaceful for a while after that. I'm not sure why we have lucid dreams, though. Or dreams for that matter.
