I couldn't help but laugh when I read this, (http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/article4804007.ece?Submitted=true) as it takes being moronicly stubborn to a whole new level.
This crazy bitch should never have been allowed behind the wheel. No doubt some politically correct retard decided he couldn't possibly discriminate against someone with bipolar disorder, and refuse to issue her with a driving licence. It's all about equality you see, for me, you and the raging fucking fruitcake next door.
Still, at least this incident ended well.
