astral projection?
Hey, I hope this is the right forum. Anyway, I'm kinda high at the moment, but I have this curious fascination with astral projection/ out of body experiences.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? If so, can you/have you done it before? I think I may have but I've never been able to control them. I figure since I'm high right now I could give it a shot and maybe it's easier. I'm trying to find hypnosis guides to help me along.

Re: astral projection?
The mind is non-local--that is, everywhere in general, and nowhere in particular.
Note that nowhere = now, here.

Re: astral projection?
yeah, it's hard to describe how to get into the mood to do it. If I'm in a very powerful mood it comes really easily, or if I have a lot of energy saved up and I've been practicing constant self-observation then when I start to dream I'll wake up in the astral plane (or some other weird sort of plane)
I find that to truly travel well on the astral yr emotions have to be super light, you have to be light as a feather. nothing heavy to bring you down.
fasting helps as well

Re: astral projection?
Of all teachings on the subject, a relaxed body and raised awareness seem to be the common ground.
