red grapes
The drug is made up of chemicals that mimic resveratrol, a compound found in the skins of red grapes.
Previous research has shown resveratrol reduces the impact of a high-fat diet, doubles stamina and extends the lifespan of mice. - from a science article on reddit.
Just wondering does that mean if i ingest a large amount of red grape skin it, will have same effect? How would one make a concentrate of it?
Hmm reading this i am asking for flames, but i am a science noob so flame away.
