Default Prices of items in France

I was just wondering about what i should expect to pay for certain items at a typical French cafe/bar for A: an expresso and B: a beer which is a half litre?(not sure if this correct i for some feel it is) It will be in North-Eastern Normandy in a small town (if that helps..)

One last thing what should i expect to pay for a box of mid range cigars (the smaller ones)?

Thanks
