I will give some general info first.

I have bought this book " The Psychic Handbook" and I started studing it in the hopes that I can tap into my psychic abilities which are dormant at the moment.

My centres have been off for a while but now I am acknowledging it and will do what I can to balance myself.

I stay up late and usually sleep to long. Anyways when I wake up I usually do this strange deep exhale as if there was this thick smoke in my body and I am releaseing it. I somtimes yell to which sounds more like a yell of being in pain. Anyways my question is why do I exhale in this strange way?? I have also experieced this strange exhaling a few nights ago with out going to sleep and waking up, if I remember correctly it may have been from some bad experience.
