Disproving a radar?

Ask to see the certification records, they have to have them tested and calibrated every so often. If you can show by record that the radar wasn't in certification, they might throw it out. Also, there was a case here in the USA where the ticket was thrown out because of something to do with the hood of the police car reflecting the signal and giving a false readout.
