This winter, I have a trip planned throughout the Caribbean and I'm wondering if anybody has experience or thoughts on things to do at any of these destinations. I'll be travelling via cruise ship and the sky is the limit.

Antigua
St. Thomas

La Romana

I spent a week in Antigua back in 2002.
Their was a place were you could swim with sharks and rays.
they had them in huge pen setup.it was pretty cool.
I will see if i can find the name of the place.
