Does anyone in here do this, one of my friends is going to teach me and a few other people some things, and we are all going to spar, and stuff. So far I haven't done much. All we did today was lift weights, and I learned a few arm bars, and a few head locks, like the guillotine, and the rear naked hold. Does anyone here know any gracie ju jits su ?
