no. Yes, people 15,000 years ago didnt have big carbon footprints but they also burned down swaths of jungle/forest to make farmland. Not to mention that the world's population has grown by about 20x since then.

Why should the environment come before human health development, health, and comfort?  The whole idea is completely insane and it seems to me that only a crack head would suggest something like this.
