why is baseball only redsox and yankees, at least in my area, there are pretty much 2 teams that everyone likes. redsox and yankees. i personally hate baseball, but my favorite team would have to be the dodgers. is it like that were you live too,.

I live in the Boston sports area, and for teams I like the Celtics, Patriots, and Padres.

I live in Michigan. So come baseball season, I hear a lot about the Tigers(my favorite team:)). Once baseball is over though, the only teams I ever hear about are the Colts and Patriots because no one wants to talk about the shitty Lions around here.
