Default dream vibrations

The past id say 5 times I tried to lucid dream I get this very weird drunk/tripping sensation what the fuck is it? Ill be fine just dreaming then out of nowhere I feel drunk as shit, on allot of dxm, and having a salvia flashback all at the same time. The room starts spinning and I lose all balance start running into walls and shit. It's a very real sensation even when I realize I'm asleep all I can do is force myself to wake up or els the feeling just wont go away.
Anyone els have this problem?

Does it feel like dissociation? If so, don't fight it. Embrace it and let it become part of you.

Complete and utter detachment is the only way any of us will survive.

Yea I thought something like that but it is a feeling I really don't like and don't feel like embracing until i know what it is.

Well, are you still afraid of anything? Like say, death? What are your feelings on sex?

If you are still extremely attached to common reality, being dissociated will be an incredible inconvenience for you.

I get you're opinion on the matter but I want to know if the feeling was actually anything based from reality and not just in my mind. ie I'm not dreaming the feelings but feeling the feelings in my dream.
dissociative just aren't my thing.
