BeaTunes.

It can be found here:

http://www.beatunes.com/beatunes-download.html

or here:

http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/ipod_itunes/beatunes.html

it is shareware so there is a small fee i believe with a 7 day trial however im sure when Demonoid is back up and running there will be a crack for it :)

Basically it helps you create playlists for itunes or your ipod based on beats per minute or another variable organizing your playlists into similar music for different moods or whatever.

it can also inspect your music looking for small errors in names and tags, for example i have a lot of "Death Cab For Cutie" but some of them were labled as "death cab for cutie" others "Death cab for Cutie" etc.....this sorts it all out for you.

It also has a little area which keeps you up to date with the Amazon music store choosing similar music to what you already have and can suggest songs which will fill in gaps in any albums you currently have which aren't complete.

Im sure theres more to it as ive just scratched the surface but its a nice little app to have for itunes.

Nice app. :)

Going to torrent it later on.

I tried it out, but I wasn't satisfied with the time it takes to calculate the bpm.

Yeah having used it a while i found it not so great.

I am using MusicIP mixer now, SO MUCH more happy with it than beatunes.
